Reflect God's light...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. So many people who I love are going through such tremendous pain, loss, and health problems right now. It seems relentless. I lift them all up to you God. Please heal, comfort, bring peace and joy to these amazing people who are going through hell on earth. Let them feel your love. Let them know hope in you. God, there is nothing I can do to help but you can turn it all for their good. I ask in the name of Yeshua.

What God Said Tonight:

I have placed you strategically in this time. You are to be a lighthouse. A reflection of my light in the darkness. 

I will heal. I will restore. I will bring peace. I ask of you to reflect all that I have and all that I am to everyone around you to see. 

You, my child, are my reflection to the world. Let them see the light.

Eternity and change...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for a wonderful day God. I am so excited to be useful again! I pray for your continued guidance and favor. Help me to make good decisions that are in line with your will. Thank you so much for this season God.

What God Said Tonight:

Wisping on the wind, the dreams of today move forward into the hopes of tomorrow. Life is always moving, always changing, and that is not something to fear or avoid. That is something to give you everlasting hope. 

There is no situation in your life that will last for ever. Eternity is saved for your next life. Forever is confined to the circumstances of our relationship together. There are no circumstances on earth, outside of my love for you and your salvation, that are forever. 

In bad times, remember this to give hope for the coming good times. In good times, remember this to cherish every moment and not let it pass you by. 

I love you now and forever in this ever changing world.

Pain...

 

My prayer:

Pain stinks God. Physical pain, emotional pain, it all really stinks. It steals my focus and my joy. I am sure, when I am not in it, I can see that pain has a purpose and all that philosophical junk that is true. But, in the middle of it, all I can say is ow. I pray for healing from the pain tonight God.

What God Said Tonight:

Pain. I could tell you all about it and why it still exists. I don't think that would be helpful though. Maybe some other time we can talk through that. 

For tonight, just come and sit on my lap. Let me wrap my arms around you and receive my healing. No worries. No payment. Just receive the healing power in me as it flows into you. I have provided for your healing. Let me pour it into you tonight. 

I love you daughter. Now and forever. Let me heal this pain.

My prayer:

Awesome God. I am grateful for this life and this season you have brought me into. Each day, I am reminded of all that you brought me out of. And, now, each day, I am beginning to see more of what you have brought me into. 

I pray for your blessing and favor on me in this new season. I pray that you guide me in every action and word. Help me God to be a blessing.

What God Said Tonight:

Know that you are in this place and in this time at my doing. This is not a mistake or chance. This is not due to anything more than I wished it to be so. 

I would not and did not lead you to this place to see you fail. Your fear and your worry are scars left from your last season. They have no place in this season. 

Remember your basic principles. Remember to ask for me to bless the work of your hands. Remember to seek me first in all that you do.I will take care of the rest. I love you now and forever my child.

Healing...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for the luxury of rest and recovery today God. Thank you for healing me. Your healing power is truly amazing. I do not want to ever lose the awe and wonder that is the appropriate response to your healing power. It is AMAZING.

I pray that your healing power blankets the world.

What God Said Tonight:

A gift. My healing is a gift that I freely give. It is not earned, it is only received. I sent my healing to the world, knowing that the weapons and sickness sent by the enemy would be strong. My healing is stronger. 

My hope and plan for you is to live life to its fullest every day until it is time for you to join me in heaven or on the new earth. My hope and plan for you, as my child, is to live a life free of sickness and pain. 

A truly holy life is one where when the sickness comes, you do not waste one moment of worry about it. You know your gifts. You know what I have provided you. You receive it and move on. 

That is how I intend it and, very often it is that simple. Sometimes, it is not. Sometimes barriers get in the way. In those times, I will provide another path for you. I love you now and forever my child.

Unity and diversity...

 

My prayer:

What a privilege it is to be your kid God. Thank you for the favor you showed us today. Thank  you for your protection and guidance. Thank you for the brief reminder of what you brought me out of. I pray and ask that your presence be more apparent to me than ever. I am yours God, now and forever.

What God Said Tonight:

Every beach has sand, rocks, and life but no two beaches are exactly the same. 

It is true of my children also. You have things in common. You all have the same general building blocks but how they sit in you and how you use them can be completely different. 

I love the diversity in my children as much as I love the unity. Together we are one. In that oneness, you each have very different attributes to bring to the table. Value your unity and your diversity. Both are necessary and both are beautiful. No more strife and division in my house. 

Candle light...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for today God. Lots of new things to learn and do. It was pretty great. Thank you for the amazing support you have put around me in this transition. Thank you for hope and opportunity. Thank you for choosing me and allowing me to choose you. 

What God Said Tonight:

Candles provide heat and light but they are also fragile. Their light must be protected or it will blow out. 

I have put a globe of protection around your light, around the light I have put in you. I have protected it so it can fulfill its purpose. I will not let your light be put out. I will not let it go dark. 

I am the light in you and it will shine for eternity.

Season of favor...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. I pray for your favor and your help. I pray that you make me successful in this new position. I pray that you help me be a help and support to others. I pray God that you help me to make a difference. As you so often tell me, you destine me to succeed. I receive it dear Father.

What God Said Tonight:

Breathe, in and out, breathe. 

There is noting holding back our success now. There is nothing in the way of you being all that I have have taught you to be. Breathe and know that I will be with you and I will help you through every challenge. 

It is the time for a season of favor. It is a time for a season of celebration. No problem too big, no challenge too hard, with me on your side. 

A new day...

 

My prayer:

Thanks for your help today God. Everything went really smoothly and when I ran into a roadblock, you showed me the way around it. You are an amazing leader and Father. Thank you for your guidance, direction, and help.

What God Said Tonight:

Don't lose sight of where you came from. Not only the humble beginnings but also where you came from recently. 

It is a new day and while you should not take the pain of the past with you into your future, you should take the lessons of the past. I have brought you to this place because of all you have been through, not in spite of it. 

I have prepared you for such a time as this. Take all of you into this future I have made for you.

Transition...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. I am cherishing these last few days and beginning to get a little nervous about starting the new season next Monday. I know I should not be nervous. I know that this is your will and that you destine me to succeed. I know all of that in my head. But that part of me deep inside, the one that gets insecure and will not be talked out of it, is poking at me. 

I love you Father and I am choosing to listen to your voice.

What God Said Tonight:

I am on your side. My blessing never left you. My favor never left you. Your time of getting stuck and not being able to move things forward, your time of "failing" was nothing more than me letting you know it was time to move on. I had lifted my hand from that place and you needed to move out because of it. 

Now you are moving into a place that I have chosen for this season and my blessing will be on you and all that you do. I have chosen this place. You will feel like a hand sliding into a well worn glove. I am here with you now and forever. 

 

My prayer:

I can't think of anything to talk about tonight God. Maybe tonight I should just listen.

What God Said Tonight:

Every day has a purpose and every moment has a plan. Sometimes the purpose and plan are nothing more than to be. 

After a season of intense struggle, I will give you rest. This rest is needed to heal, to restore, and to build up for the next season. Your season of rest is here. Do not make it anything more or less than what it is. 

I love you now and forever my child. Rest.

Constant companions...

 

My prayer:

I am so grateful for this time you have given me God. More and more I am finding the ability to live in the moment. To appreciate what you have for me, right now. I am letting go of the past and I am curious about the future but not dwelling on it. Mostly, I am looking around me and enjoying now. 

I am sleeping when I am tired, I am working when I want to accomplish something, I am reading when I want to read, I am hiking when I want to hike, etc. etc. It is pretty marvelous. I don't know that this life of easy rhythms can last. At some point, the world and people's needs will begin to effect it, I assume. But for right now, this is a pretty great way to live. 

Thank you for showing me this. Thank you for the privilege and blessing to experience it. 

What God Said Tonight:

Balance, peace, joy, these are the things that make life worth living. An umbrella of love to make it all worthwhile. 

There is much good and much to celebrate in this life. In between and underneath the struggles and the  conflict there is great joy, peace, and love waiting to be seen. Waiting to be grabbed. Never will I leave you without the hope of joy, without the access to peace, without my love. Those are your constant companions as my child. 

I love you sweet child, now and forever.

Change...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. Thank you for the blessing of rest and restoration. What a gift this is! I feel like a bit of a sluggard but I am also really enjoying some time with no big responsibilities. You arranged this all so wonderfully. Thank you for making it all happen in your time and in your way. It is ALWAYS better that way.

What God Said Tonight:

The ocean flows in and out, day after day, hour after hour. It is never changing in that it never stops the cycle but it is also always changing in that it never stops moving. 

Your life is like that in many ways. It is always the same in that I am always with you and I will always work things for your good. But, at the same time, it is always changing and always moving, within my will and promises for you. 

Take comfort in the sameness and take comfort in the change. The stability of the sameness means you never need to worry for tomorrow. The constant change means you never need to be bored. Live each moment my child and appreciate it for what it is.

Sprout forward...

 

My prayer:

So today was it God. The old season is gone and now I get some downtime before starting the new season. Thank you again for bringing me through it all. Thank you for your timing. Thank you for knowing better than I did, what I needed and when. I love you so much!

What God Said Tonight:

It is finished, it is done. 

What you carry with you are the blessings, the legacy, and the lessons. What you carry with you is the strength and the compassion that this season has grown in you. What you carry with you is momentum to move forward. What you leave behind is the hurt and the damage. What you leave behind is anything that would hold you back from the future I have for you. 

Let go of anything that tries to hold you back and grab firmly to those things that propel you forward. Now is a time for moving forward. Now is a time to accomplish great things. Now is a time to take all that I have taught you and move it forward. 

I love you. I have planted seed in you. I have watered it and cared for it. Now is the time for you to let it sprout forward. Don't worry, you won't hurt anyone. No one is out there, yet....

God in control...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for your protection today my God. I would be scared out of my mind if I did not have you on my side and keeping me safe. This world becomes a bit more crazy everyday. It is only your grace, mercy, and protection that keep me sane. You give me peace that is beyond the craziness. Thank you Father. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Holy Spirit.

What God Said Tonight:

Each facet, each new circumstance is another stitch in the quilt of eternity. Everything has a purpose. 

It may seem like chaos. It may seem out of control. But that is not the case. In the end, as you look back, you will see the patterns and all of the unseen acts and circumstances that you can't see while you are in it. 

If you think about it you know this has been true so often in your life already. You go through a great struggle and on the other side of it, it all makes sense and you can see how my hand was working in it all. 

Keep that memory fresh in your mind as you face the chaos and uncertainty in the world today. Remember that even when it seems out of control, I am still in charge and I have a purpose and a plan.
