Rock...

 

My prayer:

I don't even know how to say thank you to you any more God. Your blessings are unreal. No one would believe me if I told them all that you are doing. Thank you for the layers upon layers of blessing today. You are SO GOOD!

What God Said Tonight:

A life built on rock sounds pretty stable. But it depends. If you build your life on the rock, one rock, you will never falter. If you build your life on gravel, you will be subject to the shifting and movement of the gravel. 

I am the truth. Base your life on me and you will not falter. Build your life on little, part truths, and it will shift with the movements of the world. 

I love you sweet child. I am your rock.

Don't fix it...

 

My prayer:

What a privilege it is to know you God. What a privilege it is to see you do your work here on earth. Your miracles are real. Your love is beyond real. 

Thank you for every blessing, big and small.

What God Said Tonight:

Your part is not real. It is not needed for the miracle to happen. 

Your part, the real part of your contribution is in the believing. In the trusting. In the choosing to let me do my will instead of you bringing your will in. 

When it looks its worst, your job is literally to not fix it. Don't take the short cut. Don't compromise. Wait and trust that I will be God in your life, again.

Healing power...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. I pray for your healing power tonight. I claim the gift of healing that you bought for us. It is by your stripes that we are healed. 

Thank you for putting everything right and restoring the divine health that you have for us.

What God Said Tonight:

I have visited your home tonight. I have passed over your home with a veil of healing. 

It is not my will that my children are sick. It is not my will that you suffer. 

I am blanketing your home in my healing power and I will see you restored and made well. 

I love you sweet daughter. This attack will not stand up to my power.

Growing trust...

 

My prayer:

Today was a bit of a mess God but you worked it all out. You always do. You are amazing and I am so grateful. Your favor is so amazing and you truly do turn everything around for my good. 

And somehow, I can still find things to complain about. I can still worry and keep myself up at night. I know you will take care of everything, but I still somehow find ways to make myself crazy over it. 

I am sorry for that God and I pray for your help. Help me get what I know in my head to get down to the deepest parts of me so I can live fully in your peace and your joy. I have tasted the abundant life and I want more of it God. I want more of you.

What God Said Tonight:

Trust is not something that grows overnight and it is not something that sustains itself. To trust, to truly trust, you have to work on it daily. You have to give and receive that trust everyday and when you do, that trust grows stronger and stronger. 

I have built trust with you but our work is not done. It is never done. For the rest of eternity, I pledge to earn your trust each day.

My prayer:

I am not sure what to talk about tonight God. I am not sure what my prayer is. It is always that your will is done. But beyond that, I am just a bit spent and ready to rest. 

I guess that is it really tonight God, I ask for restful sleep that restores me for tomorrow. Not an exciting prayer but it is definitely what is on my heart. 

What is on your heart tonight God?

What God Said Tonight:

Do not fear loss. Do not worry that what brings you joy today will be taken tomorrow. I am the heart and the source of your joy and I can never be taken from you. 

Things may be taken, they may grow old and die or break. Things can be stolen. But I cannot be stolen and while I bring you joy in things, the joy itself is independent of the the things. 

The joy is my heart connecting to yours. I will always find ways to bring you that joy, regardless of the situation, the circumstances, or the things in your life.

Treasure...

My prayer:

Awesome God. Thank you for the gifts of the last few days. Your favor, your protection, your peace, and then, the amazing wildlife all day including those sweet foxes. Thank you so much, you know how I love the wildlife here. You are so incredibly good to me.

What God Said Tonight:

Every day is a treasure to be held in the vault of eternity together. Just because we have a never ending supply of days together does not mean we should not savor each and every one. 

I love our days together. I love spending time with my children. I especially love spending time with you when you are filled with the joy and peace that comes form my love for you.

Discernment...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for discernment God. I recognized again today what a gift your discernment is. Not everyone can see the solution, the way through to the end, but you almost always show me that and it makes life so much easier. 

I have to remember that it is a gift and it is not common to everyone. When I don't I tend to get frustrated with people when they make choices outside of your path. 

I pray for the patience and empathy to allow them the time to find your will. I pray for the wisdom and the finesse to be able to teach it to them, when it is appropriate.

Thank you for your ever present help God.

What God Said Tonight:

You are a blessing because of your ability to discern and follow my will. It blesses those around you whether they know where it comes from or not. But it is a gift, and uncommon gift. 

Recognize the beauty of that gift in your life for what it is and never fault others who have not yet received it. One day, my will shall be the will, the only way. One day, everyone will discern and follow my will, out of choice. 

However, until then, explain with patience when I tell you to. Remain quiet and supportive when I don't. I love you and I give you my gifts to share them. But sometimes, there is a bigger picture going on. Sometimes I am teaching someone else about discernment of my will and they need the time and the space to discover it for themselves. In those times, I will ask yo to stay silent until they step out into their new discernment and then you will be my confirmation for them.

The tell...

 

My prayer:

Thank you God for a really beautiful day. 

It started a little rough. I really thought I heard your direction and instruction and then everything changed, and I wasn't so sure any more. When it comes down to it, in this and in every decision, all I want is your will to be done. What ever that will is. I will follow your will, your decision, but I want to be sure of what that is. 

This could be a horrible mistake if I choose the wrong course. It could negatively effect so many people if I get this wrong. Please speak super clearly to me God. Please don't let me get it wrong.

What God Said Tonight:

I haven't stopped talking. I haven't left you. You know that I will never leave you or forsake you. 

The message you heard last night, started with a lie, didn't it? You recognized it as a lie and said so, but then went on to listen to the other things said. The lie was the "tell." The lie was the indicator of who was speaking to you. 

There is a King of lies. He imitates my voice at times but he will always have a tell, something that lets you know it isn't me. Pay close attention to the tell and when you see it, know that all that follows is a lie. 

I love you now and forever my child. We will live through eternity together.

A good day...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for today. Thank you for the opportunity to help out some people. That always makes the day better. I am content God. I love being content. Thank you.

What God Said Tonight:

A good day is like gold that never goes down in value. Treasure each good day and bring them out on the days that are not so good. Bring them out and remind yourself that there are good days. 

It is so easy, when life is hard, to forget that or even start to think you will never have a good day again. I will tell you, that is not true. My children, will always have another good day, waiting. 

I am showering you with good days. Keep them precious and protected. 

Pride is your enemy...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for where you have planted me God. It is likely not forever but right now, it is a healing balm to my soul. You are so good to me, so kind, so gentle, and so caring. Thank you sweet Jesus.

What God Said Tonight:

A blessing or a curse is no reflection on who you are or what you have done. I bless you because I love you and you are my own child. I bless you from my love. A blessing is not something earned and is not a reflection of your great deeds. 

I have so much for you, because you are my child. Don't get caught up in thinking your accomplishments earn you my blessing. That is simply not true. Your accomplishments are reflections of my working in you life. They are reflections of me in you. 

If you get too convinced that you are earning your blessing, pride gets in the way and will ruin the whole thing. Pride is your enemy my child. Do not let it in.

Gifts...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for this life God. As I step into a new week, I love that I can do it with the confidence that your favor goes before me. No matter the circumstance, you always take care of me. You are amazing and I love you more than I can tell you.

What God Said Tonight:

Peace, joy, favor, these are my gifts for you. I don't bother with the gifts that will rot away, not with you my child. My gifts for you are those that cannot be stolen and cannot be removed. They come from my love and will never fail. I love you dear child.

Decision...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. I have a choice I need to make and I have no idea what the right choice is. It is not a choice that can be decided by reason or even experience. It is a choice that I need your guidance 100%. I pray for your clear direction. I pray that you show me as clearly as possible the choice that is in your will. I will follow. Whatever that will, that decision is. I will follow. But I need you to make this one for me. 

What God Said Tonight:

Decisions are not as final as you think they are sometimes. I have given you grace and that grace extends to your decisions. You will see my hand and my blessing in all that you do. 

But, you have asked for my help and I will not withhold help from you when you ask. I will show you the path of love in this situation. It may not be the obvious path but it is the path that will be in aligned with my love. 

I love you my daughter and I will show you the way.

Trusting God with your tomorrows...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. I don't know what to talk about with you tonight. I have a million thoughts running through my head but none of them worth talking about. Sounds like a night for listening instead of talking. I love you!!!

What God Said Tonight:

Waking up to a new day is a privilege and an honor but it is one that you have experienced so many times, you come to expect it. It is similar with my favor on my children. It is amazing and unusual the favor that I pour out on my children, but you, after living every day in it, often fail to see the amazing privilege. 

I am not blaming or judging you in this. It is simply a reality. 

I ask, knowing this reality, that you take some time each day to think about all of the amazing things I have brought into your life and all of the things I have protected you from. Not for my sake but for your  own. 

When you take time to recognize each day, what I am doing for you, it is much easier to trust me with your tomorrows. 

I love you my child and I will pour out favor on you all the days of your life.

God's success...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. Thank you for your favor on my life today. 

You make me successful and I am very grateful. It isn't me but your favor on me makes everything work. I bask in your glory God. I celebrate your success. I pray that everyone know that it is you in me, and not my "abilities" that creates success in my life. 

You make me look good God. I pray that I make you look good.

What God Said Tonight:

The success of my children is my success. 

You know the feeling, when your child or the person you are mentoring has a success, achieves something wonderful, your joy in that moment is so often greater than any success you receive personally. The success of your child is evidence that what is in you had value and is reproducible, which makes it even more valuable. 

Every success you have is evidence of who I am. Let the world see it. Do not hide it under a bushel. Let your light shine my daughter and know that the glory, the joy, is mine.

God's priority...

 

My prayer:

I am grateful for a wonderful day in paradise God. This place you have planted me is so beautiful. The mountains, the animals, the peace, thank you again for giving me all of this. 

I pray for continued guidance, protection, and health. I pray that you keep your watch care over my friends, my family, and all of your children around the world. When it all comes down to it, I pray your will is done. There is nothing better on earth or in heaven than your will.

What God Said Tonight:

Sweet child of mine, I will never leave you. We have a covenant, a commitment to each other, now and forever. There is nothing better than the time we get to spend together in covenant, in love. My children are my only true priority. 

Rest in the love we have, rest in my love. Know that we have eternity together.
