Grateful heart...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father, God, Teacher, and Savior. Thank you for a good day. A good, solid day. 

I am grateful for this life you have given me. I am grateful for the people you have put in this life with me. I am grateful for the work you have given me to do.  I am grateful for the promises you have given me about tomorrow.

What God Said Tonight:

Never has there been a better way to end a day than in gratefulness. Not for my sake but for yours. 

Never has there been a more redeeming attitude than gratefulness. A grateful heart can heal so many wounds. A grateful heart makes room for grace and for mercy. 

I love you my child. Protect your grateful heart. It is so very good for you.

Knitting your life...

 

My prayer:

Awesome Father, thank you for such a wonderful day. I am so grateful for this life you have given me. You are so generous. 

What is on your mind tonight?

What God Said Tonight:

Each moment, each challenge, each blessing build upon each other like the stitch in a scarf. You may not be able to see the pattern and the purpose while you are in the process of knitting it but once it is done and you look back upon it, it is beautiful. 

Your life is much like that. You can look back and see the beauty, even in the hard times. Know that when you are in it, the beauty is still there, but you just may not be able to see it yet.

My prayer:

What a mix of terrible and wonderful things to have happened today God. Thank you for your healing and your comfort for my new friends. Your healing power in her life will be such a great testimony. 

For the terrible things, I pray that your same healing and comfort help all that you can. I pray your will be done and your mercy wins in the end. I leave it all in your hands my God.

What God Said Tonight:

I have kept you in this place for a purpose. Not because I don't need your working hands but because I need to keep you sheltered from what is to come. Please know that there will be plenty of days and hours where your heart to help will be needed in our Kingdom. There will be plenty of opportunity. But now, in this time, I fully intend to protect that heart. I fully intend to keep you whole. 

A lot is yet to come and everyone will have their part. Do not rush your timing. Do not rush your service. It will all come in due time. 

I have angels that are canvasing the world tonight to find all of those in need, and in pain and they will not come back until all have been discovered. 

My help will not be kept from my children. My love will not be silent in these times. I love you now and forever my child.

A healing balm...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. I pray that you ease pain where you can and above all things, I pray your will is done. I could try to pray more specifically but in these times, where only you can know what is truly going on, my only true prayer is that your will is done, now and forever, and on earth as it is in heaven.

What God Said Tonight:

It is a time of great turmoil and upset and many lives are changed in it. But there is still hope. There is beauty in the ashes. There is peace to be found in the storm. 

Wrap yourself in me, in my word, in my promises, and see if you are not protected, comforted, and healed. I have given you my word as a comfort and a teacher. I have given you my word as a guide and balm. Sometimes you will use my word as a text book but, in times as these, more often use it as a salve, a bandage, a healing balm to wrap up the gash and protect you from the onslaught. 

I love you my daughter. Live in my word and find your peace.

Choose wisely...

My prayer:

Sweet Father. There is so much wrong, so much suffering in the world right now. I am at a loss. I don't know what to say and I don't know what to do. I don't even really know what to think about it all. But, I do know how to pray.

It is in times like these Lord, that the only prayer is, Let your will be done. And I pray that with all of my heart, spirit, and soul Lord.

What God Said Tonight:

I have come, I have provided, I have taught, and I have saved. There is time now to make choices. 

There is time now to choose the eternity you want to live. Choose your eternity with me and I can promise you joy, peace, and life. Choose your eternity without me and I cannot promise you those things. 

It is your choice. Please make it wisely. I love you now and forever my children.

God knows what I need...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. Thank you for the opportunity to be a blessing today. I love that! What is on your mind tonight?

What God Said Tonight:

I know what you need each day. I know what you need for food, for shelter but even more so, I know what you need to fuel your soul. 

I came to give you life and life more abundantly. This is the more abundantly part of that promise. 

I love you now and forever my child. We will have so many more days to bless people.

Restoration...

 

My prayer:

Amazing God, I look around at the world and it seems to be falling apart. People far and near are being attacked and killed. You have me in this place of peace and protection and I could not be more grateful. 

It is painful to see the hardship all around. It is all so big, I don't know of anything to do but pray.

I pray that you heal the sick, protect the people being terrorized, restore the people who have lost their homes, and above all God, blanket us all with your love, your peace, and your Fatherhood.

I love you Father. Thank you for being big enough for impossible prayers.

What God Said Tonight:

No weapon formed against you can prosper. It cannot achieve what it was intended to do. That is my promise to my children. Though 10,000 fall, you will not be harmed. 

I have my people in the palm of my hand and I will protect them for eternity. Do not let these troubled times worry you. The fear and the pain is is a manifestation of the times and the season but it will not last forever. You have heard me say it, redemption is nigh. It is nearby and it will not fail. 

I have a great plan of restoration and healing that you have not even begun to see and understand, It is epic and it will not fail. 

I love you my daughter and I love your heart. Leave these things with me. I will not fail you. I will not fail my children.

Already there...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for the time to rest and just have fun this weekend God. We are headed into another challenging week but I already know that you will take care of it all. Thank you for being my rock, my refuge, my everything.

What God Said Tonight:

There is no mountain high enough and no challenge big enough that I can't handle. There are no surprises for me. 

I already know what tomorrow brings and I am already there, dealing with every attack against you. I am already there providing the strategies for you to walk in victory. I am already there. 

So, tonight you rest in my arms and know that it is already done. You just get to watch it all work out, perfectly.

A great testimony...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for bringing me through this week God. It was pretty crazy but I never lost the peace and absolute assurance that you would help me through each step. Now, I am blessed with a couple of days of rest and recuperation. 

Your blessings and favor are tremendous and even overwhelming. Living life with you is pretty amazing. I truly cannot imagine living a moment without you. I am grateful that you have already promised that will not happen. I love you now and forever my God.

What God Said Tonight:

In time of great stress or pressure there is strength in weakness and joy in t;he victory but the most amazing thing is that can be great peace. 

A time of great stress and pressure that is approached in the fullness of my peace shows you, the enemy, the world, that your God is greater than anything that can be thrown at you. It is a great testimony and it is a great blessing to me to see you thrive and let my glory shine. 

This time may be hard, it may be a challenge but know that it is an even greater testimony. There is great purpose in this season. 

Focus...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. I am enjoying this new season of increased work. I hope it doesn't last forever but it is good to feel needed again. 

I pray for your continued help, favor, and strength.

What God Said Tonight:

In everlasting life with me, no season is forever but you will forever be going through seasons. 

I have you here now for a purpose and for my plan. It will be for a while, but not forever. When you are weak I will strengthen you. When you are tired, I will give you rest. When you need new ideas, I will give them to you and when you don't know how you will get it all done, I will get it done with you. 

In this season, remember the lessons from years ago about trusting me and doing the one thing that is in front of you right now. I will take care of tomorrow. I will take care of the next step. You focus on what is right in front of you. I will guide the path. I will get it done. 

Walking with God...

 

My prayer:

Amazing God. Thank you for another wonderful day. I am really going to need your help this week. When I look at all that needs to happen, it really doesn't seem possible. But, how many times has that been true and you have worked it all out? More than I can count. 

So tonight, I refuse to worry about it and instead, I place it in your hands and ask for your help to work it all out. Nothing is too much for you God. Thank you for making the impossible possible for me every day.

What God Said Tonight:

Your life, your destiny, your path are in my hands, because you have asked me. Your simple act of asking is all it takes for me to step in and guide your life. It seems like it should be harder, that there should be more, nut there really isn't. 

Your salvation is free and comes through your claiming that gift. Your life, the direction and steps of your life, can be your own or you can turn them over to me. Your life is yours to decide to do with as you wish. 

I have given you life. I want to give you life more abundantly and that becomes possible when you let me, ask me to guide your steps. Walking out life with me is not hard. It only takes the desire and trust to ask me in and then let me work. 

All is well...

 

My prayer:

Amazing God. I pray your protection over me, my home, my family, and my friends. I pray for your warrior angels to surround us. I pray that you keep all harm from finding us. Thank you God.

What God Said Tonight:

Shut it down. I am shutting it down right now. 

Fear has no right to be in the minds and spirits of my children. You live in the protected sphere of my Kingdom and I will not let anything harm you, including fear. I will chase it out and stand guard against its return. 

I love you my child and your safety, your peace, your well being, are my top priorities. All is well.

Lean back on God...

 

My prayer:

Half way through God. Thank you for bringing me half way through. I am exhausted tonight but I need to hear your voice. I need to wrap myself up in your love so I can rest and revive for tomorrow. I love you so much!

What God Said Tonight:

I have your space all warn and ready here. 

You feel like you are done tonight but you have so much more in reserve. You have me in reserve. 

Don't worry about tomorrow and how you will cope. Tomorrow will take care of itself. I am with you every step of the way and I will see you through. When you are at the end of your strength, lean back and rest on mine. It will never fail you. 

Good night my love. You will rise for a new day tomorrow.

Expectations...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. I pray and ask for your help in this latest challenge. The funny thing is, I am so confident that you will help me through it, you have shown me over and over how you will bring me through anything, that I almost don't have to ask. I know, to the bottom of my soul, that you will help me through and that you will work it all out for my good.

That being said, I never want to get complacent. I never want to get entitled, thinking that I have somehow the right to expect your help. It is only because of Jesus that I even get to talk to you, let alone the blessings and favor you pour out on me.

So, I am here tonight asking for your help, with the full confidence that you will work it all out for my good. I guess that is the faith part. Waiting and believing with expectation.

What God Said Tonight:

Knowing that your arm will move when you want it to move doesn't mean you are complacent. Especially if you remember, once in a while to be thankful for how easily you can move your arm. 

It is the same with me. I don't need you to be amazed every time I bless you, every time I work things out for your good. You should expect that. It is a promise I made to you. If you didn't expect it, you would be saying I was a liar and I did not do what I promise to do. However, you are correct that the blessings in my Kingdom for my children can create an entitlement that can cause issues. 

Keep and protect your humble heart. It is your greatest defense against the haughty spirit. Keep your grateful heart. It is the greatest defense against hopelessness and depression. Keep your heart soft for it is the greatest defense against bitterness.
