Peace in our quiet...

 

My prayer:

A beautiful Sabbath Lord. Thank you for everything. You are truly amazing and your love for us, for me, continues to fill me with awe. I cannot find the words but I pray that you hear my heart. 

We jump into another week tomorrow. I pray that your will is done Lord. I surrender fully to your will. I am yours.

What God Said Tonight:

I am well with you tonight my daughter. 

I don't need anything from you. I do not require anything in this time or place. I am with you and that is enough. You are with me, and that is enough. 

Rest in our fellowship and find peace in our quiet. I love you now and forever.

Why God loves you...

 

My prayer:

All powerful, all knowing, the origin of love, you are amazing God. 

My mind is spinning a bit tonight. Worries for tomorrow, Worry over failing. And yet every thought that comes up, there is your voice asking why I am worried. How many times have you pulled me through much harder things than this. 

Whether I succeed or fail tomorrow, you are still with me and you will bring me through it. Help me God to hang on to that truth, tonight and always.

What God Said Tonight:

I have seen you in the glory and I have seen you in the pit. My love for you doesn't change. My view of you doesn't change. 

I love you my daughter, not because of what you do, whether you succeed or fail. I love you because of who you are. You are my child and if I knew nothing more about you than that, I would love you. But I do know more. I know every cell in your body, every thought in your mind, and every emotion in your heart. And knowing all of that, I love you even more. 

My love for you does not waver and does not change. It is forever. 

And that love, that constant and never changing love, is all that matters. You do not need to seek approval and favor from any other source. I have everything you need and it is all yours. 

I love you so much my child. Go and walk in the confidence that I am with you, no matter what and that I love you, no matter what.

Focus on God...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. I am trusting in you and in your will with everything that I have. The words, tomorrow is not promised, are more true now than they have ever been in my life. And yet, you have never let me down. You have always brought me through and blessed me. I know you will again. My only prayer is that your will is done, it is accomplished, in its fullness. Thank you for being all knowing, all loving and all powerful God. You are my everything.

What God Said Tonight:

Focus on my voice. Focus on my will. Focus on my love. Nothing else matters. Everything else will fall into place. 

Look on me. Lock on to me and what you know of me I will take care of the rest. 

When you worry, look to me. When you doubt, look to me. When you are confident, even then, look to me. 

I am your strong tower and your lighthouse in the storm. I will guide you through this and every storm in your life. I love you more than you can know. Now and forever my child.
