The History: A couple of years ago, I started journaling my prayers and God's responses to them. I told my friends about this, they were really interested. I told my Pastor about it and he said, how about sharing those on line. When I asked God, He said, my words are for you, but not just for you. A horrible day...


My prayer:

Today was pretty horrible God. I know I should have a positive attitude and find the good in it. I know that many people had much worse days than I did. But, none of that changes that today was horrible and the only good thing I can say about it is that it is over. 

I love you God and I pray for recovery and a new day.

What God Said Tonight:

I don't need you to put on a fake smile for me. I know how your day was. I was in it with you and not all days are filled with joy. 

Your path is still clear and unchanged. The battle of today is just that, a battle. The war is yet to be completed and yet to be won.
