The History: A couple of years ago, I started journaling my prayers and God's responses to them. I told my friends about this, they were really interested. I told my Pastor about it and he said, how about sharing those on line. When I asked God, He said, my words are for you, but not just for you. The light of the world...


My prayer:

Awesome God. It is back to "normal" life tomorrow. I pray for the wisdom, strength, and renewed understanding to stick with me. I don't want to go back to going through the motions. I want to retain the amazement and joy that you have shown me. 

Help me God to see the joy and the light in each moment. 

I love you.

What God Said Tonight:

There is light all around you and coming from within you. I am the light of the world and I am in you. That light is meant to illuminate all the joy that is around you. 

Look at life through my light and you will see the joy that you seek. 

I love you now and forever.
