The History: A couple of years ago, I started journaling my prayers and God's responses to them. I told my friends about this, they were really interested. I told my Pastor about it and he said, how about sharing those on line. When I asked God, He said, my words are for you, but not just for you. Seasons with purpose...


My prayer:

God, I love your presence. I know I tend to take it for granted but once in a while, something happens that reminds me how incredibly blessed I am to have your presence in my life. You will never leave me or forsake me, not because of who I am or what I have done but because of who you are. And that means everything to me. When the whole world has gone crazy, I still have you. I love you Daddy.

What God Said Tonight:

Seasons. I talk to you abut seasons all of the time but there is something you have not yet seen. I have seasons that are related to circumstances but I also have seasons in your life that change based on who you are at that time. There are some seasons that are made to match where you are at in life. 

Sometimes, things need to slow down because you need to slow down. Sometimes, opportunities dry up because they are not right for you. 

Remember your trust in me. Remember how I have never let you down. Remember that I have a plan and a purpose for your life. I will not give yup on you. And, this season is for a purpose. I love you, now and forever.
