Let God's love...

My prayer:

I love Friday nights with you God. We have made it through the week and I have Sabbath to look forward to. The worries of the week seem to slide off in your presence and your peace.

Thank you for always being here for me. Thank you for always taking care of me. Thank you for always blessing me. Thank you for always loving me. 

Love you Daddy!

What God Said Tonight:

Sink down into my lap my daughter. Lay your head on my shoulder. Let me love you tonight. Let me wrap my arms around you tonight. Let me convince you that I will never leave you and that I will always protect you from every evil. 

My whole purpose is to love you. That is my goal. That is my focus. I will love you all the days of your life and well beyond. I will love you through eternity. 

Let my love carry you tonight. Let it comfort you tonight. Let it surround you tonight, filling every cut, every hole, every deficit, making you whole, complete and fully satisfied in me.

You choose...

My prayer:

Following you God is the easiest and hardest thing in the world! On the one hand, I just need to follow your flow, your open doors, your opportunities and you make everything that I touch be blessed. On the other hand, When I look at all of the possibilities for my next step and I am trying to take the one that you want me to, it can be crazy hard.

God, I can only do what I think is best, and sometimes I can only do what I can do. I pray that you take it all and work it to my good and the good of those around me. I love you and my heart is good even if sometimes my execution is not.

What God Said Tonight:

I don't have just one right path for you. I have many paths, all of which can work toward the good of the Kingdom and for your good. I am not picky, You can choose any of them. 

All have great benefits and all have great challenges. All will lead you to your destination in me because I am in you now, I will stay in you and we will arrive at the final destination together, at the feet of the Father, you covered in my holiness. 

All that happens between now and then is really up to you. I can't wait to see what you choose. I will bless it. I will help you. We have some great adventures to live out on the way to the final destiny. You pick which ones. 

You and me forever...

My prayer:

Awesome and mighty God. I have that feeling of imminent anticipation again. Like something is just about to happen but not quite yet. 

It is exciting, nerve wracking, and exhilarating but I am ready to go over the cliff and see the new thing! I am ready to fall head first into the new thing. I am ready to sink down in it and revel in it! I am SO READY!! 

Thank you God for always having a hope and a new thing for me! Life would be meaningless and so boring without you!

What God Said Tonight:

I am here, in you, around you. I am your cover and your peace. I am your hope and your promise. I am your future. 

There is never a need to be anxious or to worry because everything we do, for the rest of eternity we will do together and therefore, it will all work to your good. As long as we stick together, you have nothing to worry about. And, since I will never leave you, looks like we are sticking together forever. 

I will walk with you into the new thing. I will carry you through the hard things. I will dance with you in the good things. You and me forever.

God's anger...

My prayer:

Wonderful Lord. As you know, I have been reading the gospels a lot lately and I am puzzled by something. Well, maybe puzzled is the wrong word but I am noticing something I have not noticed in the past. Jesus, was tough. I grew up with this image of Jesus as being this sweet, loving, kind and gentle man. And, I see those aspects of him in the gospels; however, I also see that he, that you, were angry A LOT. 

I see that Jesus never backed down from a confrontation. At most, he would cease to answer. And, how many times did they try to stone you? I think I have counted up to five so far. 

I think maybe the image that I have had of Jesus has been a bit off. I have always thought of Jesus as the sweet side of you God and the Father as the tough side. Now it does not seem so clear cut. 

Love you God, all of you.

What God Said Tonight:

I have many more aspects of me to show you. I am infinite, all powerful, all knowing, and Lord of the universe. It is not possible for you to know all of me even in one hundred lifetimes. But we do have eternity together so you will have time. 

My nature is to love. My reaction can sometimes seem harsh. But the harshness is only a result of seeing others put in danger or harmed. I will always get angry and fight back when someone tries to hurt one of my kids. Whether that is through physical pain, spiritual pain or emotional pain, I will defend you now and forever in every circumstance. 

My anger, my wrath is never for you . I have you covered in my righteousness and therefore you are loved. I will protect you to the ends of he earth and beyond. Nothing evil shall come near you and nothing shall harm you. That is a promise. 

Hope always...

My prayer:

Wonderful God. I know you say that joy comes in the morning but today started pretty rough and got better and better as the day went on. Joy came in the evening today. Morning or evening, I don't care, as long as it comes! 

So much of life is hard. It would be unbearable without your joy. 

Thank you for friends, thank you for inspiration, thank you for laughter. Love you so much!!

What God Said Tonight:

I have one thing for you that will never run out. Well I have many things for you that will never run out. But the one thing, that you will know every day for all eternity is hope. I always have more hope for you. 

In the brightest of days or the darkest of nights, I have hope for you. 

I will always show you the sun on the horizon if you will just look up. When you are going through the hard times, it is easy to look down, to look at the problem. I ask you to look up and you will see I have hope waiting for you. 

I ALWAYS have a way out for you. I will never leave you in the pit, in the fire. I will always bring you out.

God in charge...

My prayer:

Mighty God. There are so many things that are outside of my control. So many things I want to help with but feel entirely ineffectual in being able to help. There are so many situations and people who need your help, now. 

I love your peace in the storm. I love that you take care of us. But sometimes, like now, we need the situation to change. Hearts need to be healed, people need your protection, people need your protection, and we all need your love to be blatantly evident in our lives. God you know the specifics and the people I am talking about tonight.

God, I am sorry to jump right into the needs tonight. I do  love you. I do appreciate you. I do worship you God as the only one true God, my savior, my everything. All of those things are true, But the needs are true too. Please help.

What God Said Tonight:

I have the whole world in my hands. Not just the world itself but every last detail within the world. I can intervene in any situation that you release my will into. 

I am not shy and I am not timid. When it is time for the storm to cease, I will call it to cease and it will. When the time comes for deliverance, I will send the deliverer and make a way out where there seemed to be no way. I will heal bodies, minds, souls, spirits, of anyone who believes. I will fix the problem. 

Believe it, trust me, see me work it out. I love you daughter.

Love anyway...

My prayer:

Wonderful Father. I have been fighting depression all day and truth is I am losing the battle. My life is blessed and wonderful. I have no right to be feeling like this. You have been so generous to me, I should be on my knees thanking you but I am simply not there tonight. 

God, I am sorry that I can't do what I know I should. But, this is where I am at tonight. A mess. Thank you for loving me anyway.

What God Said Tonight:

My sweet daughter. What has brought  you to this place? What has you feeling like you are less than you should be? 

You are trying to live up to expectations that are not from me. I have no expectations of you other than to be who you are and to love. 

You were hearing my voice tonight. When in doubt, love anyway. When you are afraid that you are doing the wrong thing, love anyway. When you are afraid you are taking the wrong path, love anyway. When you see that your life is less than what you want it to be, love anyway. 

I really have the one job for you, love anyway. I will, I PROMISE, I WILL take care of everything else. I WILL. You just go ahead and love anyway.

God, no waiting...

My prayer:

Thank you God! So many things to thank you for today. Thank you for healing me. Thank you for time with great friends. Thank you for rest. Thank you for time to study and worship. 

God, I pray and ask for an even greater experience of your presence in me. I have some holes that need to be filled. I have some lack that needs your wholeness and completeness. Fill me tonight. Fill me to overflow with you. 

Thank you for being you and being in my life. 

What God Said Tonight:

I am Spirit and peace in your storm. I am joy in your mourning. I am health in your sickness. Everything that I am is for you, specifically. Each one of my children has a special designation of me. 

You are etched in the palm of my hand and I am etched upon your heart. I am the mark that will never be washed away. I am the mark that saves you. 

Feel my caress and know my love tonight. I am completely enamored of you. You are the focus of my heart. I will love you through the end of time and I will never let you go. I am always with you. You are never alone. 

You never have to wait for me to have time for you. You never have to wonder if I am too busy for you. I always have time for you and I am never too busy. You are my priority, now and forever.

Too tired to think God but not too tired to listen. Love you!

What God Said Tonight:

The life you imagine that you are about to live out, the worries you have for the future, are not real. They are false images that have been given to you by your enemy to keep you from experiencing all that I have for you. 

Trust in me, follow me, seek me and I will take you on a grand adventure. It will be exciting but it does not need to be dangerous. Trust in me and I will take you to see great wonders. 

I am ready to go. Do not let fear stop you from coming along.

My prayer:

Awesome day God! Thank you!! Waking up this morning, I did not think it was going to be so great but you worked everything out, again. You are so good to me God!

Thank you for this new hunger for your word too God. Suddenly, things I have read a million times have new meaning. I can't stop reading. I just want more and more and it is wonderful.

Now, is everything perfect? Nope. There are lots of things that I am still hoping for, believing for, trusting you for. But, days like today remind me that it is all a matter of time and that you really will work everything for my good. I heart you big time God!

What God Said Tonight:

You know how a fish has scales that interlock, protecting them but remaining so supple and pliable that allows them to move through the water with almost no effort? That is what I want for you. I want you to be so pliable that you can move with my Spirit, anytime and anywhere to do anything. 

I have so much fo you. We have been through so much. Now it is time to take it to the next level. Now is the time to move with no hindrances on you. 

I have my Spirit in you for a purpose and a plan. It will guide you  if you are flexible enough to follow, it will take you places you cannot imagine to do things you cannot fathom. Let's see the miraculous here on the earth, eveywhere you go. 

Truth...

My prayer:

Mostly wonderful day filled with revelation and friendship. THANK YOU GOD! 

A common theme lately is the need for you to reveal truth. We need more truth in our lives I think God. Truth in teaching, truth in relationships, truth in everything. 

God I ask that you reveal the truth where it is needed. 

What God Said Tonight:

Truth is trickier than you think. Truth sometimes can hurt, not heal. Truth is a hard mistress. 

Truth in me reveals the underlying heart and spirit of a person. My truth, the truth that I am Messiah come to make you whole, now that is truth that will stay. That is truth that will change your life. 

Truth is a platform and a jumping off place for your future. Stay true to yourself, your beliefs, and your gifts. Stay true to me.

Giving up...

My prayer:

I am completely in your hands God. I can't figure the way through this situation. I can't reason it out. I can only trust that you are here, in me, and working all things for our good. 

I am sorry I can't be more help. I feel like I am giving up or giving in but this has me stumped. I pray and ask that you are careful with us.

What God Said Tonight:

I have foreseen all that you would be faced with. I knew that this would be here at this time. I know how this will turn out. 

I am with you, now and forever. I don't leave when things get tough. That is the time that I can really show my glory. 

You don't see a way out of this and you are doing your best. You can do no more. So, relax, know that I am God and know that I always have your best interest at heart. I will see you though. I will show you a way that you have not even thought of. 

I am God and I have power and authority to make things work for your good. I have love and grace enough to make sure that it always does. Do not worry. I have got this.

God moving...

Awesome God! I am LOVING all of this knowledge, wisdom and understanding you are downloading into me right now!!! This is FUN! I can't wait to see the opportunities you open up for me to share it.

Next steps are here my love. You have heard and you are stepping out and I will bless it. I promise. 

This next season is so wonderful. I have waited an eternity for this time. It is finally here. You, stepping through the open doors I have for you, will result in seeing the biggest movement of my Spirit on this earth. 

Now, don't get a big head about it, you are part of a great family of my children who are perfectly positioned to move into this movement. You are essential. You are what I need right here and right now. Do this, your part, and see my miraculous break forth in a way you can't even imagine.

Giving and receiving....

My prayer:

You gave me so many wonderful gifts today God. THANK YOU! You are so generous and loving. Each day I know you more and I love you more!

What God Said Tonight:

I love giving to you. I know you know this from personal experience but there is so much joy in giving. Thanks for letting me give to you. 

I hope that you always remember that when you receive you bless the giver. Just as when you give you bless the receiver. True blessings, community and generosity only come when there is a free flow of giving and receiving. Don't ever be the stopping point for either one. You will deny the blessings to more than just yourself.

The love of my life...

My prayer:

Wonderful Jehovah. You are the love of my life. I am who I am today only because you are in me. Through your grace, mercy and ultimate sacrifice I am saved, redeemed, set free, and blessed. You are in me and I am in you and we are one. No greater love exists than your love God. You are love. 

Thank you for loving me. Thank you for teaching me how to love.

What God Said Tonight:

I truly am the love of your life because my love is in you and flows out of you. My love is like a river that nourishes you cleanses you and runs out to the people around you. 

My love for you is unmeasurable and never ending. The flow will never stop. Nothing else in all of creation will remain but my love will never cease. My love goes beyond time and beyond distance.

Thank you God. What a wonderful night. Can't wait to hear what more you have to say. LOVE YOU!

What God Said Tonight:

I would give you every rose in the world if it would show you my love for you. I would do anything to get you to see how much I love you. I have died so you can live. I was beaten so you can be healed. 

I have so much for you. I want so much more for you than what you have today. Will you receive it or will you find reasons why you think you don't deserve it? Will you take the blessings I have for you or will you convince yourself that it is too much or that you are being greedy? 

I have more to give to you than you can receive. 

Be careful of the blessing you turn away. It may be the very one you need the most. Find yourself in a position to receive and I promise I will give.

Visible God...

My prayer:

Ridiculously CRAZY day but you, my God, Lord, Savior, Protector and EVER PRESENT HELP, turned EVERYTHING for our good!!! THANK YOU JESUS!! The call went GREAT! The class went FANTASTIC!!! At least one of the sick babies was released from the hospital today!!!!! And then, I didn't even ask for it, but you gave me that great revelation about the Holy Spirit this morning!!! Can't wait to share that with folks and watch you change lives.

You are wonderful beyond description God. THANK YOU!

What God Said Tonight:

I am perfectly visible for anyone who has eyes to see. I am not yet visible in the traditional sense, most of the time, but I am visible in you. I am visible in the lives of my children. I am visible in the changes in you and in your life. 

The next time someone asks you how you can believe in an invisible God, you can respond "Who is invisible? I see God all around"

HELP...

My prayer:

Amazing God. I need your help in so many ways right now. I need your help and favor for the conference call tomorrow morning. I need you help for teaching the new class tomorrow. I need your help for the many friends with sick kids right now. I need your help to not lose hope. I need your help to see things like you see them instead of my limited view. I need your help to see the positive, which I know is there, but right now is clouded and obscured by the lack. 

I need you more right now in my life than I think I ever have before. God I am dependent on you to work this all out. I can't do it unless you help.

What God Said Tonight:

I am your ever  present help. You don't have to wonder if I will help, you can depend on me to help. You don't have to worry or feel guilty about asking for help because I am already here and already helping. 

I will help you in every are of your life that you allow me to. The only time I can't help is when you decide to do it on your own. I won't step in unless you want me to. I am not your tyrant or master. I am your friend that sticks closer than a brother. 

I will never let you down. I will help you always. You are mine and I am yours and you can count on me. 

God can do ANYTHING...

My prayer:

You can do anything God. So tonight, I am going to believe for the crazy, unbelievable stuff. I am going to believe that not only will you complete the promise, the vision that you gave us but that you will also miraculously change anything and anyone that is not perfectly prepared on in position for the vision to be fulfilled, putting myself in the front of that line. 

That is what I just realized tonight. I have been worried that I was not completely prepared and since I was not completely prepared I was going to mess things up. But you are the all powerful and all knowing God. Nothing is too hard for you. If you need or want my compliance, it is yours. If there is anything in me that is holding things up, change me, right here right now. I give you complete access to me God.

What God Said Tonight:

A change, a true change and a lasting change is one that effects you at every level. Saul on the road to Damascus had a true and complete change. It happened quickly but it was not easy. 

I have and will continue to make those kinds of changes in people and for people as they are needed. 

Your change is already complete. You have what you need to step into the new season and into the vision. You are not perfect, except through me. You are prepared. I have complete assurance, coming from the God who knows the end from the beginning that I have you fully prepared. 

Get ready to see the manifestation, it is nearly here.

Show me the hope...

My prayer:

Amazing God. I am very glad you live in me and me in you because I need an attitude adjustment tonight. Work in me, show me the bright side, help me to see the things that I have to look forward to? 

Show me the hope tonight God.

What God Said Tonight:

Hope is a fragile thing. Hope that is stuffed with faith fairs much better. Hope filled with faith in me will produce a patience that will get you through the waiting time. Hope on its own, can easily float away with the next discouraging word you get from someone. Faith gives hope substance, weighs it down, so that you can stand on it, not watch it blow away. 

God's love note...

My prayer:

Love you love you love you love you!!!!!! Thanks for tonight! I needed the message, I needed the love, I needed the laughter and you gave me all of it. I cannot get enough of you God. I cannot get enough of your presence. 

I love being able to share everything with you, the good the bad and the ugly! And you just keep on loving me. You just keep on showing me new levels of your grace. You just keep on showing me favor that is SO undeserved.

I am your cover and your peace. I am your Father and your protector. I am your healer and your redeemer. 

I will take care of you in ways that you cannot yet imagine. I will bring you out of trouble that you have not even seen yet. I will bless you with people and things that you have never heard of. I will take care of you my love all the days of your life and forever. 

My love for you never ends. My joy in you never diminishes. I get more joy out of one minute with you than I do from any of your accomplishments. I can do anything, any time, anywhere. Your accomplishments are not much in the face  of that. 

But you, you I love. You are what I ache for. Just time with you. Just to love you. Just to see you receive that love and love me. That is what really matters. 

Made for more...

My prayer:

We are made for so much more than what we are experiencing right now God. I can feel it in my bones. We are made to do greater things that we are doing. We are made to receive greater blessings than we are receiving. 

You said, greater things than these you shall do, and you were talking about your ministry here on earth when you said that! 

When are we going to figure out how to have what you have already given us? When am I going to stop finding ways to avoid what you have for me? 

You are so wonderful and I just want to start living the life that I can have because of who you are and what you have given me. Love you SO MUCH!

What God Said Tonight:

I have given you all that you will ever need. What you do with it is your choice. You can ignore it, you can cherish it. You can leave it to pile up in a corner and rot or you can take it out and use it. 

My gifts are good and they are already yours. You have to choose to pick them each up, try them out, and discover the application for each. 

I love you and I will have you sitting at my right hand in glory with your savior and my son. Go and see me work in your life, even yet today.

Purpose vs. gifts...

My prayer:

Awesome God. What a mixed bag today was! All day was massive frustration and then spent the evening right in my purpose and LOVING every minute of it! Sure would be wonderful to be in my purpose all of the time, doing the things that you built me to do. 

Is that possible? Is that kind of life possible? Or will there always be some level of annoying drudgery? I would love to believe that somehow, someday, I could have a life of purpose, all the time...

What God Said Tonight:

Your life of purpose is not just in what you do, it is who you are. Whatever you are doing, your purpose, your spirit, your experience of me in you can shine through. If you approach the drudgery with my spirit, it can become an opportunity to help and bless people around you. 

Your purpose is not just in the things you do well. Your purpose is in living your life with me shining through you. That comes through in EVERYTHING you do.  

Now, do you want and will you get more opportunities to engage in those things that I created you uniquely to do, absolutely. We have a lot of good times ahead where you get to shine. But don't get your gifts confused with your purpose. 

Your purpose is straightforward, share me in everything you do and everything that you are. Your gifts are the tools I have given you to accomplish great things in life. Your gifts are what you have to give away and bless others. I love you.

Other people's opinions...

My prayer:

God you are GOOD!!! As I reflect on today, I realize that all of us, even the most impressive seeming people, at our core are often insecure and desperately want someone to tell us we are good or doing good. 

I love watching someone begin to glow under genuine compliments. I know it shouldn't matter so much to us. What other people think of us really shouldn't matter. But truth is, it matters more than I want to admit. 

God help me to remember to let people around me know how wonderful they are. We all need to hear it more often I think.

What God Said Tonight:

I am a relationship. You were built to be in relationship. That is why other people's opinions of you matter so much. Should you base your self worth on their opinions? Absolutely not. Your worth comes from me. You are the child of the most high God, a Royal Priesthood. You start there. Then, as you relate to those around you, as you build the relationships with those around you, you build them up and they build you up and together you build something new and great. 

Start with the foundational knowledge that you are already phenomenal. From there you can confidently lift up those around you. I love you.

Fly...

My prayer:

Wonderful Father. I have a million thoughts running through my head tonight but I don't know if any of them are worth talking about. You know about all of the urgent needs going on right now, we have talked about them. You know about the challenges. You know about the celebrations. You know about the random unconnected thoughts. You know that I love you. Let's face it, we call you the all knowing God for a reason! :) 

Love you like crazy God. Since there is SO MUCH that I DON'T know, maybe I should listen instead of talk. 

What God Said Tonight:

Get ready to soar. We are about to take off on a trip that you have not seen or imagined before. We are going to fly. We are going to see the world, the issues, the future from a new perspective. I am going to show you the upper atmosphere view. I am going to show you the things that matter to the big picture. I am going to help you to see the noise from the truth. I will fly you into your future. Ready?

God I need more of you. I need your help. I need your guidance. I need you to help me do what you have taught me to do and not what I feel like doing. I need to love better. I need to be confident in who I am in you and who you are in me. I need a lot of things that I can't do for myself. I need you God, now more than ever.

What God Said Tonight:

I am here. Now and always I am here. I am whatever you need whenever you need it. I cannot leave you unless you tell me to go. 

I love you so much and every good thing I have is yours. I will help you. I will guide you. I will be there for you when you get it right and when you get it wrong. I love you, not what you do. You will make mistakes. You will do things that you wish you hadn't done. You will. But, I will always be there for you when you do. I will always have a way out. 

I will provide for you every day for the rest of eternity. I will never let you hit the ground. You may fall, but I will catch you. I am yours and you are mine and that is forever.

Another thing I REALLY LOVE about you God is your patience with me. 

I find it amazing that you never get tired of giving me another chance. You never run out of second chances. 

I get impatient with myself, others, life, all the time. But you seem to always be ready to gather me up in your arms, kiss my head and say, "try again sweetheart." Thank you for your patience God.

What God Said Tonight:

Patience is easy when I know the end from the beginning. 

I know you are going to get there. I know already that you are going to figure it out. I know that in the end, you learn. I have already seen it. So, if it takes once, twice or four hundred times, it makes no difference to me. I am focused on the last time, the time that you do get it and understand. I am focused on what we can do and where we can go then. I don't sweat the 399 practice runs. 

I love you daughter. I will never lose patience with you. I am in this with you now and forever. 

Different perspectives...

My prayer:

Show me something new tonight God. Show me a new aspect of you. I want to know all of you that I can. I know that I have only begun to know you. Tell me something I don't know yet.

What God Said Tonight:

I have many new things for you. I am infinite and therefor I will never run out of new things for you. Who I am never changes but your ability to know me is always changing. I am only limited by your willingness to know me. 

If you will let me, I will show you all of me. You many not be able to comprehend it all but you will know that you have seen it. You will know that it is there. Then, we can spend the rest of eternity together while you come to understand it. 

Truth is, you never completely know anyone, not even yourself, so you may never know all of me. But, I will always be willing to share me with you. I will always give you all of me that you want. I love you and I love being in your life. 

We see things from a different perspective. It does not mean that one vision is more right than the other but it is different. When I look at life, I see it in context of eternity. When you look at life, it is hard for you to see beyond the moment. You imagine a future and you remember a past but you can only experience now. I can experience all, past, present and future at the same time. 

It is why waiting and timing can be such an issue for you. If you experienced time like I do, you would never worry about timing again. And the great thing is, because of our relationship, because I am in you and you in me, you can experience time through my eyes. Give it a try.
