Following God's lead...

 

My prayer:

Awesome Father. My mind is spinning a bit with what I might be walking back into tomorrow. However, I am trying to stay focused on your plan and your will. I will do all that I can to rely on and trust you in this challenge and this season. I know without a shadow of doubt that your will for my life is better than I can imagine. You have proven that to me time and time again. 

I pray that you make that will very clear to me, especially if there is anything I need to do to be in your will. Thank you for your Lordship and leadership in my life. Thank you for loving me.

What God Said Tonight:

My will is a given in your life. You have chosen to live your life with me. You have chosen to allow my will to reign in your life. I will see my will accomplished in your life. 

Do not waste one minute of worry for what you should do or what you will do. I will make it so very plain to you when the time has come. You will know without knowing how you know, what is right and what is perfect. 

I am the Lord of the universe but I am also your Father and your day to day activities and concerns are always in front of me and on my mind. I am always thinking of you and watching over your life. I never leave you. I am yours.

Transition to glory...

 

My prayer:

Wonderful Father. I am so grateful for this week and the time we have had together. It has been truly wonderful. 

My heart is breaking tonight though, for all of those I have talked with this week who are struggling with loss and in particular people who have lost their parent. We have the comfort of knowing that they are with you but it is still so hard for those left behind.

I lift up my friends to you Lord, those who are dealing with the loss of a parent and pray that you comfort them, you heal them, and you provide them with a new season filled with joy, peace, and purpose.

What God Said Tonight:

I received your prayer and I receive their pain. I will absorb their pain in this grief and leave them with the love and peace that only I can bring. I will wrap them in my love and I will show them the path forward. 

For those of you who have received salvation through my death and resurrection, can see death as a transition to glory.

Celebrate in their glory and be comforted in my plan and future for you.

My prayer:

We are almost to the time where we celebrate your birthday! I know it is likely not anywhere near the actual day that you were born here on earth but I still love setting aside time to celebrate you and the beginning of your time on earth to save us from our sin. 

It is pretty incredible to think about the reality of it all. Did Mary really understand that she was giving birth to the Christ Messiah. How do you raise God from an infant? How do you watch your son that you have raised, sacrifice his life for all of humanity?

I have grown up with the story of your birth on earth and your sacrifice, so it seems normal but when I stop to really think about it, I have so many questions.

But, I am letting my thoughts and my mind stray. Happy birthday Yeshua. I am so grateful for you and I celebrate your life.

What God Said Tonight:

Celebrate. Celebrate with me and for me. Celebrate for you. Celebrate the beginning of an idea, a life, that through sacrifice, paid the debt of all sin.

The answers...

 

My prayer:

Blessed and Holy Father. My mind and my emotions are all over the place tonight. There is so much happening, I don't really know where to focus my prayer. But in crazy times like this, my focus has to be on you. My eyes have to be on you. You are my only hope and my everything. Nothing else works without you in it. 

I am so grateful for you God. Thank you for choosing me, loving me, saving me, and being the answer for every problem. I love you!

What God Said Tonight:

I have your answers. Not only the answers for what you face today but I have the answers for everything you ever will face. 

When the world seems overwhelming and the problems seem bigger than what you can see, trust me, remember me, know that I have the answers and the path forward. I will not let you be crushed and overcome. I will see you through it all. 

I am your hope and I am your answer, to everything. Abide in me and me in you and nothing can overcome you.

High mountains...

 

My prayer:

All mighty Father. Thank you for today. It was a good day. All glory and honor to you God. 

You know what I am walking into tomorrow. I don't but I know I will need your help. I pray for your direction, discernment and your favor. I am yours God, now and forever.

What God Said Tonight:

No mountain is high enough that we cannot climb it together. No challenge is bigger than my ability to resolve it. 

There is nothing that can come at you that I don't already have an answer for. I am not surprised by the challenges of tomorrow. 

I love you now and forever. Know it and trust it my child.

Priorities...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. Thank you so much for this time of rest. It was so needed and truly wonderful. 

I am so grateful for the life that you have given me. Living this life for you is so filled with joy and wonder. 

Sometimes I forget. Sometimes I get so caught up in the craziness around me that I forget that I am so fully blessed and kept in your peace. 

Thank you for the millions of reminders that you give me. I love you now and forever my Lord.

What God Said Tonight:

Priorities. Life is often a struggle to recognize priorities. 

I have many things for you in this life but it is up to you to determine what priority they will each have. It is pretty straightforward. If you put me first, when you put me first, everything else will fall into its rightful place.

Rest...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. Thank you for this day of rest. 

I pray for your healing power in me. I receive the healing that you provide. My faith is in you.

What God Said Tonight:

Rest and you shall be renewed. 

Rest and I will meet you in it. 

Rest and I will make you whole. 

Trust in me and rest.

Tomorrow is not promised, thankfully...

 

My prayer:

Awesome Father. Thank you for a wonderful and restful day. I am headed back into the stress tomorrow and I pray that your will is done. I pray that you take and use the circumstances for our good. I pray that you surprise me with the joy and peace that only you can bring. 

I love you lord and my trust is in you.

What God Said Tonight:

Tomorrow is not promised. You know that I have said that and typically people think about that meaning that you never know if you will be alive tomorrow. And, that is a meaning of it. But it is also true that as much as you think you know what tomorrow will bring, you honestly do not have a clue what it will bring. 

You cannot know because all things are possible with me. You may think you know what your schedule is and the challenges you will face but I could wipe all of that out with a blink. 

I love you so much more than you can imagine and I have such great things for your life. Know now that I am the sovereign God who reigns and I will see you in joy and in peace, no matter what you face. I love you now and forever.

Ripples...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. What are you up to? You have told me you have a plan and it is good. I believe you. I am searching after you and that plan. And then, a dream I thought was dead, suddenly has new life! Is this somehow the plan, the opportunity? If so, that is amazing and wonderful. And, I will need you to show me what the next step is. 

I love you Lord. I pray your will is done in every single thing.

What God Said Tonight:

The stars sparkle and shine long after their purpose is passed. You will see the after effects, the ripples of your life and your actions for a very long time. It is why your actions today matter so much. 

What you do today will shape tomorrow and many tomorrows after that. And, not just for you. Those ripples go out in the world and affect more people than you will ever know. You can ride this ripple for a bit. 

This is not quite the opportunity I was telling you about but it is a part of what we will do. It is the training ground and the launch pad. I do have great plans for you my child and I will love you forever.

God's glory...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. I am dreading tomorrow a bit. But even as I say that, I recognize that I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. I know what I fear it will bring but so often, what I fear never comes to be, especially when I turn it over to you and your will.

So, that is my prayer Lord, I pray that your will is done. I pray that whatever happens tomorrow, that your will is accomplished. If that is the outcome, then I can rest and be satisfied.

What God Said Tonight:

I have never seen a better time than now to trust in me. I have never known circumstances that needed me more than now. It is an exciting time for the glory of God to be present and evident in everyday life. 

That being said, there are challenges and tragedies and fear. It is in those times when my glory and power shines all the more. White looks whiter when it is on a black background. The color white does not change, it is as white as it ever will be. But when put up to a black background, it appears that much whiter. 

My glory is as great now as it was in the beginning but in the face of the circumstances of today, it appears that much more glorious. I never revel in the tragedy but I will always use it for your good and for the glory of the Kingdom. 

I will see you rise above the circumstances. I will place you above the challenge and the fear and I will see you victorious. You will shine my glory in this world and in this circumstance.

Opportunity...

 

My prayer:

What a fantastic weekend God. Thank you for the peace, the new experiences, and most of all, the chance to minister to a dear friend. Seeing you get the glory and all that you are doing in her life was pure joy. It has been a while since I have had an opportunity to minister like that and it was truly wonderful. 

Now, I am headed back into the work week and will need your help with whatever challenges that brings. But for now, for tonight, I just want to hear what you have to say.

What God Said Tonight:

Never has there been such a time of opportunity as this. A lot is happening and it can be overwhelming but if you keep your eyes and your spirit open to my leading and my voice, I will bring you into those situations and experiences where you can truly have an impact. An impact for the glory of the Kingdom of God. That is where that experience of joy and fulfillment really comes on strong. 

My Kingdom has come and is gathering my people. 

I love you my sweet child. You are mine and I am yours forever more.

Peace and Joy...

 

My prayer:

A truly wonderful day Lord, thank you! I wonder sometimes at the joy that you give me. In the middle of a world gone crazy, you give me joy and peace. It seems impossible when I think about it but it has been true so often. Thank you for that amazing gift. I pray, above everything else, that your will is done. I love you Lord.

What God Said Tonight:

There is nothing to worry about when your future is with me. I have given you eternal life with me. I have promised to always take care of you. I am your peace. My presence in you gives you that peace. 

The joy, that's just blessing. I love my children and I love to see you blessed. 

We have more to see and do tomorrow but it will be with the peace that I am in charge and will guide your steps. It will be with the blessing of joy scattered throughout.

My prayer:

Sweet Father. Thank you for all of the revelation lately. You are opening my eyes and my soul to deeper levels of truth and it is amazing. I pray that you continue to lift veils and fill me with understanding. Everything is better with you and with your direction and will in charge. I love you Lord.

What God Said Tonight:

I have come to set things right. I have come to fulfill all that has been prophesied. I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. Through me, you have salvation. 

You know these words and you know my purpose in saying them. It is the door, the introduction. It is how people come to know me and come to begin life with me. There are more words that come later, more teaching, and more understanding. But sometimes, it is the basics that matter the most. 

I love you. You are put on earth to live your life for me. I am in you and I experience all that you experience. I live in you and through you and together we see great victories and joy. I will never leave you because living in you was the purpose from the beginning. I made man that I could abide in him and he in me. It is the whole purpose. 

I love you and I love your life. Let's go live more of it. 

Who am I...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. I have struggled today, and a lot of this week. I feel like I let you down. I have questioned who I am and what I am good at. But then at other times this week, I realize I am just being overemotional and over critical. During those times, I shake it all off and experience that joy that only comes from you. 

So, what is real? Do I have an issue going on with my identity? Have I forgotten who I am in you? Have I forgotten who you are? Or, am I just being hormonal and overemotional? 

Awesome Father and teacher, if there is something I need to learn or change, please show it to me, crystal clear. I will do it, or I will try to do it and keep trying. If this is all in my head, I pray for peace that passes understanding and the joy of the Lord to be my strength. I love you Lord, now and forever.

What God Said Tonight:

Who you are is my daughter. Who you are is perfect in my eyes. I made you, I have seen you grow and I have celebrated that growth in you. 

Today is not a day to start something new. Today is not the day for you to strike out on your own to find a new path or a new goal. 

I am with you in this and in everything and I will guide you and lead you. I have much to teach you but this is not about a lesson. This is something different.

Waiting for tomorrow...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. What an amazing week you gave me. I expected the worst and you gave me favor, joy, health, and love. Living life with you is incredible.

While you were working everything in my life out for my good, there was a lot of bad, truly horrible things happening in the world. It is hard to imagine things getting much worse in the world but you have already told us that they will. You have also told us how it all works out and that we have a place with you in eternity. That is the only way I can live here and not lose my mind. Keeping focused on you and the future I have with you, that keeps me sane and let's me enjoy the amazing things you bring to my life. 

Thank you for choosing me, thank you for dying for me, and thank you for loving me.

What God Said Tonight:

Waiting for tomorrow is only possible when you have the assurance of me today. 

I am your God and I will see you perfected in the blood and sacrifice of my Son. I have planned an eternity and you are in it. Remember to look to me in every battle and struggle and celebration. I am with you always. 

And, breathe. Everything will happen in its own time, including my return to earth. I will not delay one moment longer than I have to. 

Ride it out...

My prayer:

Amazing Father. I am worried about tomorrow but trying to give it over to you and trust that you will work it all out for my good. 80% of the time, that trust and knowing that you will take care of it all is ruling my heart and my head. 20% of the time, I start to spiral. 

I am trying to hold on to the absolute fact that no matter what happens, you will take care of me. There is no situation that could occur that would have you turn your back on me. I know that much at least. 

I place this situation in your hands Lord and I choose to trust you.

What God Said Tonight:

I am here. I have never left. 

The tragedy you fear has not happened. You fear the possibility of it happening. You fear the threat of it happening. That fear and that threat are not real. The situation exists but it is not the threat you perceive it to be. 

Rest tonight and I will take care of everything in the morning. I have you carved in the palm of my hand and I love you more than you will ever know. Ride this out in my hands, under the shadow of my wing, showing the world that you belong to me and I will bless you in all things. Now and forever my child.

God with us in the good times...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. What a wonderful day and evening you have given me. Such peace, such contentment, such fun, such joy, Grateful is not enough of a word to tell you what it means to me to live this life with you at my center. The pure joy and peace that comes from a life with you in charge is truly amazing. Thank you for today. Thank you for this life you have given me. Thank you most of all for being you.

What God Said Tonight:

I have rested with you today. I have lived in the peace that passes all understanding with you today. I have felt the joy and the fun of a day with no chores to do and schedules to keep. I have lived that in you today. 

When you invite me to live life with you, I get to experience all of those things of life. All of those things that I experienced in my time on earth and I loved it my child. It brings joy to my heart to live in the joy of your life. I am there in the bad times but I also love when you invite me into the good times. That brings a smile to my Spirit and a joy in my heart. 

Thank you for the time today my child. I love you now and always.

Better together...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. As I am trying to put to words what I want help with, I am realizing that my fear and worry is based on half facts. 

I am thinking I am going to be facing an impossible challenge this week. I am thinking that I am doomed to fail. But even as I write those words, I realize and remember that only you know what tomorrow brings. 

How many times in my life have I kept myself up worrying about something and then when the time comes,  you turn it all around? More times than I can count. And even if it does come to pass that I am faced with this impossible situation, you are the God of the impossible. How many times have you helped me to achieve the impossible, again, I can't count that high. 

So, I choose not to worry. I choose to trust that you will take care of this thing, as you have so many others. I pray that your will is done. I rest in my faith and trust in you.

What God Said Tonight:

I am your rock. I am your Father. I will not change and I will always take care of you. 

Your day tomorrow will not be what you think but it will still have its challenges. 

Let's do it together. We are better together. We abide in each other and there is joy and peace and love. Abide in me and I will abide in you and no challenge can overtake us.

The Trinity...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Father. This was a wonderful week and today was a wonderful Sabbath rest. 

Thank you for the amazing life you have given me. I am so truly grateful! There are always challenges, but they make me lean on you more and grow stronger. There are days when everything seems to go wrong, but they show me what needs to change. Then there are the times when everything seems right. I am abiding in you and you in me and nothing could be better. Those are the times that make everything else worth it. 

I love you God, now and forever.

What God Said Tonight:

The Spirit of the Living God lives in you. 

There is a presence in you that draws goodness to you and guides you in every step. That Holy Spirit, that helper is my Holy Spirit, come to you to help you live this life. My Son came as a sacrifice and a friend to help you be reconciled to me. And, I, your Father God is here as your Lord and your guide. I will shepherd you through all things. I will teach you. I will make you strong. 

The Trinity is three in one but each of the three has a particular place in you and in your life. 

Come to me in the name of, as a representative of your Savior, Jesus Christ. Listen to my Holy Spirit within you to guide and to help you in this life. Pray to me and lay out all of your needs, concerns, and celebrations. 

We will see you through every struggle and every joy in life. We will see you saved and living in heaven with us forever. We love you, now and forever. I am. 

Homecoming...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. I do this unto you. That is my newest commitment God that I will live this life intentionally, unto you. You are invited into every aspect of my life. I want you to be with me in everything. Everything is better when you are in it. I make this commitment not just for you but for me too. There is more joy in something when you are in it. There is more success in something when you are in it. There is more peace in something when you are in it. Be in my everything God. I love you.

What God Said Tonight:

I will be in your everything my child. I am always with and I will never forsake you. You are just now learning how to recognize me in everything that you have and everything that you do. 

I have always been here. but it is good that you are bringing that fact to the front of your awareness. 

Put me first, you hear me say that a lot. It is not for my benefit but for yours When you put me first you have your mind set on Kingdom living and Kingdom reality. 

You know that the things on this earth are transient and that your destiny and future is with me. 

Let's not wait. Lets celebrate now. You have come home to me and I will never let you go.
