The History: A couple of years ago, I started journaling my prayers and God's responses to them. I told my friends about this, they were really interested. I told my Pastor about it and he said, how about sharing those on line. When I asked God, He said, my words are for you, but not just for you. Positioned to receive...



My prayer:

You made the impossible possible again today God. Thank you! Thank you for speaking when I did not have the words. Thank you for favor, in a situation where I could not expect favor. Thank you for making a way out of the unexpected challenge, when I did not see a way out. Thank you for hearing my prayer.  

What God Said Tonight:

You asked for help. I am your good Father. I will always help when you ask. It is simple but true. 

I love you and it is always my desire to help you. But often, I do need you to reach out for that help. 

It is in your reaching that allows me to give and for you to receive. If I give, but you are not ready to receive, it is a wasted gift. Sometimes I do it anyway, I can't help myself. But usually, I need you to ask and position yourself to receive what I have to give to you. 

It is not complicated but it is so often missed.

I love you now and forever my child.
