The History: A couple of years ago, I started journaling my prayers and God's responses to them. I told my friends about this, they were really interested. I told my Pastor about it and he said, how about sharing those on line. When I asked God, He said, my words are for you, but not just for you. God's presence...

My prayer:

Wonderful Father. I don't know if I have words tonight. Everything that is on my mind is old news. You have heard it all before. You know my heart, my dreams, and my needs. Instead of talking it all out again, I would rather listen. 

What God Said Tonight:

Come on in and sit down. We don't always have to talk. Sometimes it is enough to simply be together. Just to be in the room together. 

Let my presence be your comfort. I will take joy in your presence. Together forever my love.
