Leap of faith...

My prayer:

Stepped out in faith again today God. It was pretty easy. That is something that generally gets less scary the more times I do it because whether it works out the way I hope or not, you always work things out for my good, so why not step out. Why not take the leap of faith? 

Awesome God, my life is in your hands, now and forever.

What God Said Tonight:

It is only when you leap that you can see far enough into the future to dream, to hope, to strive for more. It is the act of stepping out in faith that allows you to hope for more. 

The leap doesn't always get you to what you want but it elevates your perspective to allow you to see what you want, what is possible. 

Leap my child, step out, see the possibilities. I will take care of your future. You are solidly within my hands. But in the meantime leap and see what you can see. I love you.

Impending doom...

My prayer:

I have a sense of impending doom tonight God. I don't know if it is real or if it is my imagination. I do know that I hate this feeling. It makes me want to hide and to give up. It makes me feel like I am not me but I am someone who has no faith and has no courage. It makes me feel like a victim and a loser. 

Where is this coming from God? If it is real, what do I need to do? If it is false, God please remove it.

What God Said Tonight:

A sense of impending doom is never from me. With me, you always have hope. With me, you can always trust that I have a plan. With me, mo matter how bad the circumstances get, you always have me to bring you out. 

Impending doom is a lie from the devil. It is weapon to make you want to give up. It is smoke and mirrors with no truth in it. Yes, a million things could go wrong tomorrow or even yet tonight, but nothing can go wrong that I don't have an answer for. Nothing can be broken that I cannot fix it. 

I am your hope and I am your Father. No weapon formed against you will prosper. These are my promises to you. 

Diamonds and grace...

My prayer:

There are a lot of people talking Lord but none of them feel like they are being heard. Help us to listen to others like we want to be listened to. I pray for your peace and your love to take us over God. Help us to treat each other better, with kindness, love, and understanding. Thank you Jesus.

What God Said Tonight:

You are diamonds. My children are diamonds. 

Some are cut and polished and gleaming in the sun but some are are still in the rough with their beauty hidden. Others are still coal waiting for the pressure to transform them into the diamond they are meant to be. 

Remember to give grace to every stage of development. You are all diamonds and deserve to be treated as precious. 

I love you and one day you will all shine.

God hears...

My prayer:

You know all of my prayers and all of the things I hope for. You know my fears and you know the things that make me want to cry. I need you in everything God. I need you to breathe and I need you to save this world. From the smallest thing to the largest, I need you. 

Thank you for being more than enough for everything I need.

What God Said Tonight:

Your prayer has been heard and your heart is known to me. I love you now and forever my child. Rest knowing that I am truly all that you need and I will not let you down.

Warrior at the core...

My prayer:

Thank you God for making me capable of things I don't think I am capable of. Thank you for giving me strength and patience when I run out. Thank you for hope in the middle of desperation. 

You are always everything I need when I need it and with you, ALL things are possible.

I declare this all as a witness and a testimony, not a positive confession of what I have not yet seen. You are my everything.

What God Said Tonight:

Sometimes you have to have everything stripped away to see what is important. You need to know who you are. Not what you do for a living, but who you are. At your core, after everyone goes home and every obligation is met, who are you? 

I need you to remember and to recognize the woman and warrior I created you to be. Not dependent on the circumstances or other people's favor. I am your source and I am your identity and together we will see the victory. 

I love you, now and forever. 

Out of sync...

My prayer:

Awesome God. I have no new prayer tonight. I have no new requests. You know what is happening and what is needed much better than I do. Thank you for always taking care of me, no matter what I need. I love you and long to hear your voice.

What God Said Tonight:

The roses are fading and the leaves are falling but new life is being birthed in you. New dreams, new directions. 

Your life is not always in sync with the seasons around you. You are not of this world my child. 

Know that your season is ordained by me. I have chosen you for this time and for this season. It will not feel comfortable but it will be right and good and where you should be. Keep trusting and I will build a testimony in you that is mighty. 

I love you child. 

Clarity...

My prayer:

Awesome God I pray for clarity. In a world where up is down and good and bad have lost meaning, I pray for clarity. 

When do I love and let it go and when to I stand up for you and your Kingdom principles? Or am I standing up for you when I love and let it go? 

Divisiveness is tearing our world apart and I know very well that is a direct weapon of satan. There is little he fears more than the power of unity in Christ. I know it is him sowing this divisiveness. What do I do or not do to fight back? 

Please guide and direct my path God with a clarity that cannot be denied.

What God Said Tonight:

Following me is easy. I have carved my will upon your heart. As a child of me, when you follow your heart you follow me. 

Trust what you know. Not what people tell you. Not what the internet tells you. Trust what you know in your heart. Trust what I have told you. Trust my word. 

A clarity of vision and of direction is really just a trust in me and in my will for your life. 

Do you think that anyone, the devil or anyone else, has any power to stop my will in your life? You are mine and I have you carved in the palm of my hand. I will not see you defeated and I will not see you harmed. I will see you victorious. 

Follow your heart my child. It will show you my way.
