Silence together...

My prayer:

Today was full of good news! Thank you God for how you take care of me. Today was confirmation of your divine health in me and I am very grateful. 

Thinking about the stages of relationships, the seasons of relationships tonight God. Thinking about the season I am in with my relationship with you. I remember the early days where everything was shiny and new and exciting. Then the years of hard work, getting to know you, learning to serve you. Those years took a lot of effort but they were really wonderful too. 

Now, we are in the more twilight years where I still learn new things about you now and then but I know you pretty well. Sometimes, a lot of times, when we spend time together, I don't feel the need to say anything and being together in the quiet is really ok. I have gotten to the place where I would rather be with you than anywhere without you. I don't feel the need to impress you anymore. You know, this might be the best season yet!

What God Said Tonight:

Waiting on the silence can be disturbing or can be peaceful. The difference comes in your faith that the silence will not last. 

If you know that when the time is right, the silence will end, the silent partner will speak, then silence is comfortable and even comforting. It is only when you fear that the silence will not end that the silence becomes the enemy, creating more fear and the deep desire to do anything to break the silence. 

Know that I will always break the silence, in the right season, in the right time. I will never withhold my love. I will never withhold me from you.

Be ready...

My prayer:

Thank you for a near perfect day God. I am blessed and grateful.

What God Said Tonight"

I have prepared you. I have lovingly shaped you. I have healed you. I have done these things first, because I love you. Second, because I have a plan for you. 

Everything in its time and in its place but be ready to act, to move, to fulfill the plans I have for you. Your next moment of opportunity is arriving soon. 

Be ready.

Simple moments...

My prayer:

Today was definitely different God. Not particularly good or bad, just different. I ask for a weekend of peace and fellowship with you and the people you have in my life.

What God Said Tonight:

Not everything needs to be deep, meaningful, powerful. Sometimes, the best moments are those that simply are. 

The quiet moments when you get to be with someone wonderful. The peaceful moments looking at a sunset. 

Don't forget to notice and enjoy these simple moments. They are a balm for the chaos that too often follows.

Grace...

My prayer:

I got super frustrated today, over and over. Not sure why normal life was getting to me so much. 

What I realize, sitting here tonight with you, is I did not ask for your help one time all day. What is wrong with me? I know better. I know that you are always there and whenever I call on you, you always help.I have no excuse God. I suffered through the day for NO reason. Now I am frustrated and angry with myself! Ugh. I am sorry God.

God, I pray for help with my frustration. I pray for your peace to cover me. Give me patience and reason to deal with the issues as they arise. Show me the path through the obstacles. Thank you!

What God Said Tonight:

Give yourself the grace you give those around you. Take a breath and know that I am God. I will not let you down. 

Each day, each success, each failure, each thing has value in your life because I will turn all things for your good. Even those "wasted" opportunities, I even will use those to bless you. I love you sweet daughter and I will see you victorious in all things.

Opportunities and choices...

My prayer:

Thank you God for the privilege to pray for people today. I love seeing you heal people. You are an amazing healing God and your love is indescribable. I can't live without it.

What God Said Tonight:

Every day is an opportunity and a choice. You choose to give or not to give. You choose to do or not to do. You choose to believe or not believe. Even in the non-choices, you are choosing. 

Don't only wait for the opportunities that drop into your lap. Recognize the choices you make every day. I am providing many more opportunities than you are seeing right now. Recognize the opportunities that don't look typical but are non the less, real and available to you. 

I love you and I will bless you now and forever.

Fear cannot stay...

My prayer:

There was a lot of things to fear today God. I have no idea how this is all going to work out. 

I pray for your will to be accomplished. I pray and ask that if there is more that I should be doing, you let me know really clearly what it is. I am yours God. I am on your side, your team, and if I can help, I am here and ready.

Seldom is there a day that has nothing to fear in it. That is this world that is affected by sin. 

I can't promise you a day without fearful things happening. I can offer you a day without fear of the fearful things. You, can live a life free of fear and all you have to do is trust me. If you can trust me to keep my promises to you... If you can trust me to care for you, my dear child then, fear has no place in your life and cannot stay. 

I love you and trust in me vanquishes fear. 

Mystery of provision...

My prayer:

Thank you God for the financial blessings today! You are an amazing provider and I am so blessed by you! 

What God Said Tonight:

Never worry where your provision is coming from. You have unlocked the mystery of provision. You have found the truth of the paradox. The more give, the more you receive. 

I have and always will honor your prayer, so early in your walk with me. You will never have to worry about your provision.
