Blessing...

 

My prayer:

You are so amazing God. The thing I was so worried about, the thing that I simply messed up and there was no way out of it, you have turned it completely around. You have made the impossible, possible yet again. It is beyond belief how good you are to us. 

Thank you so much for everything that you do for me God. Everything you do for us. I love being your kid.

What God Said Tonight:

I bless you because you are my child, because I love you, because I am blessed through blessing you. My blessings are a natural result of our relationship. 

I will see you succeed in all things I have put in your path. I love you my child. Rest well.

Ever present help...

My prayer:

Awesome God. As usual, I need your help. I need your healing. I need your favor. I need you to bring me out of something that is completely my fault. 

You always say, if we need help, just ask. I am asking. Not because I deserve anything but because I know you can take care of it all and you love me like crazy. 

Thank you God for your help. 

What God Said Tonight:

I am your ever present help in times of trouble. I am your help, even when you don't know that you need help. 

The great part of this moment is you actually know that you need the help and you have turned to me. That makes everything easier. 

I love you child and I will take care of you and every situation that comes your way. I will guide your steps. And I will always love you.

A greater purpose...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God. Thank you for healing me. Thank you for your favor. Thank you for giving me the strength to persevere in every situation that is thrown my way. I could do none of it without you but with you, literally anything is possible. I love you and I love living life with you.

What God Said Tonight:

I give you the experiences that I do for a reason, a purpose. There is nothing in your life that doesn't serve a bigger purpose than it has at face value. A greater truth is behind every moment. 

You will one day, see and be able to make more sense out of the series of events in your life. For now, know and trust that I am working for the greater purposes and I am always working for your good. 

I love you now and forever my child. You do not need to ever wonder or doubt that.

A little light...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. I am feeling a little overwhelmed with the constant waves of terrible news tonight. Most often, I can find the peace and joy that you have for me and the weight of the world does not crush me. But once in a while, like tonight, it is all too much. I find myself having to avoid it, block it out, because it is too much if I let it in. 

Thousands of people, probably hundreds of thousands, being killed. Millions losing homes and family. Millions more afraid for their lives. Children, mothers, fathers, women, men...so many lives devastated. If I let it in, it is a dark weight that threatens to crush my heart. 

I pray God that you save your people. I pray that you save us from ourselves. I pray your will is done, on earth as it is in heaven. Anything that is happening that is not in your will, I pray that you bring an immediate stop to it. Everything that is in your will, please continue to move it forward, in your will and your time, and help me to find peace with it.

What God Said Tonight:

A little oil in a large barrel of water can ruin the water. I little darkness can ruin the light. But the same is true and more so when it is seen from the other direction. No amount of darkness can stand up to even the smallest light. 

The balance of pain and devastation seeped into your soul tonight and it is making you sick. I ask that you remind that darkness that you are light. You are the reflection of my light and where we are, no darkness can stand. It must flee. It is the core truth. Darkness cannot win against light. 

I will show you the flames, the small lights, throughout the dark situations. I will show you how even in this, my glory is being seen. I will and it is done. My heart is open to your prayer and your light will be one that beats back the dark, in every corner of the world. 

Joy in every situation...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. Thank you for today. It was a mix but it was all good. I needed a day that was different. The world is still a mess and there are more needs than I have words to pray. I pray your will is done in every situation, every corner, and every life in this world God. There is nothing better than your will.

What God Said Tonight:

Rainbows and starlight. Sunshine on a cold day. These are things that are good no matter where you are or what else is happening. 

I will bring you joy in every situation. Look for it. I will bring you peace in every situation, find it. 

There is no good thing that I will withhold from my children. I love you now and forever.

Plans of the enemy...

 

My prayer:

Thanks for walking me through the obstacles that life threw at me today God. It is truly amazing what is possible with you. All things are possible, is not just a saying.

What God Said Tonight:

I am your Father. No weapon formed against you will prosper. 

I see the plans of the enemy, I know them before he has even thought of them, and I will turn them for your good. I get great pleasure in taking what others mean for evil and turning them for your good. 

I will ensure that everyone sees the love I have for my children. It is my glory to see you shine. 

Natural or man made...

 

My prayer:

Awesome Father. I am praying and asking for your healing power to be active and present in our home tonight. I pray that you make her well, make her whole, in Jesus name and by your stripes. We receive your gift of healing.

What God Said Tonight:

Look out over the hills and the fields. What do you see? It can be hard to know if those figures in the distance are natural rocks or man made buildings. It is hard to know what is meant to be and what is manufactured. 

Rest in the knowledge that everything in your life, whether it is natural and meant to be or whether it is manufactured, I will use it for your good. I will take that thing, whatever it is, and mold it into to something that will bless you in the end. 

I am with you now and always and my gifts are promised t you. You are my child and I will not see you harmed. Live in this open air freedom that only comes from the assurance of your Father nearby.

All is well...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for your help and guidance tonight God. I would be lost without you, literally. Please continue to guide us, give us wisdom, help us to make the right choices and take the right actions even when we have no idea what is "right".

Love you with everything I am.

What God Said Tonight:

It is well, it is well, all is well, with your soul. I have got everything else. Today was not a surprise to me. 

Keep listening, keep trusting, and remember to find that place of peace that I have planted and grown within your soul. That is your place of strength. That is where you connect your spirit to my spirit and where everything that matters is made well.

Already won...

 

My prayer:

I am praying for my friend tonight God. She is in a horrible situation and we don't see the way out. We need you God. Pour out your favor on her life. Surround her with your protection. And God, as you do so often, make a way where there seems to be no way. 

I leave her in your hands with faith and confidence.

What God Said Tonight:

There is always a way forward. It may be hidden from you but that does not mean that it isn't there. 

There is no problem, issue, or challenge on this earth that was not already overcome by the blood of my sacrifice for you life. I have already paid every debt and I have already defeated every enemy. 

This time, the situation, was already fought and won in my resurrection. Sleep tonight confident that I have already won this battle.

Blow up the rocks...

 

My prayer:

Awesome Father. Thank you for all that you are doing and for every plan and purpose you have. Thank you for bringing me through the worst of the storm and into a season, or at least a couple of days, where the wind is blowing a little less hard and the snow is a little less thick. 

You are amazing and I am very grateful for you in my life.

What God Said Tonight:

Look through the calm waters around you and see the rocks. They are there and you may choose to move them or avoid them but it is good to know where they are. Know where the rocks are and plan accordingly. 

Then, if you want to be really brave, trust me to break the rocks apart and you can go straight through them. That choice takes courage and trust, but if you are ready, if you are up for it, I will blow out the rocks in your way and we can move forward, unimpeded. 

I love you sweet daughter. Let me blow up the rocks.

Light of the world...

 

My prayer:

A day of rest God, and I needed it. Thank you. 

The only thing on my prayer list tonight is the conflict and killing going on in the world. Awesome Father, I pray your will be done. It is so hard to see what we do to each other here on earth. I pray your peace and divine sovereignty reign.

What God Said Tonight:

A light at the end of the tunnel, a light on the hill. Follow the light and you will find the peace. 

A people living in darkness can see the light more clearly sometimes. They may not understand it but they can see it. Tell them to follow that light and they will be free. 

I have come to set the captives free and I am the light of the world. Do not forget or lose track of that truth.

Guide and guard...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Father. Thank you for your help again today. I am worn out but I feel like we accomplished some good things today. Tonight, I want nothing more than to be with you and hear your voice.

What God Said Tonight:

Some walls keep you from going out and some walls protect you from what is trying to get in. A wall is not always a bad thing, not always something that needs to come down. 

Sometimes a wall is there for a reason and a season. 

I will protect from the things trying to hurt you. I will lead you into the things I have intended for you. I will be your guide and your guard.
