Waiting on God...

My prayer:

I gave what I had today God. Now, all I ask for is some rest and restoration. Thank you for all of your help this week. Could not have made it without you.

What God Said Tonight:

Waiting on me is different than waiting on anything or anyone else. All other waiting you, at best, have hope that what you are waiting for will happen. With me, I have promised you, so you can be 100% sure that I will bring it to you. 

You don't just have hope, you know. 

You know that I will come through for you. I have done it so may times in your life, why would I stop now. I wouldn't. Wait with expectation, knowing I won't let you down. 

Tomorrow is one day closer to your destiny.

Transforming ugly...

My prayer:

Another day of doing my best with mixed results. I pray for your continued help God. It is all I know to do. Your timing, your will, your help I ask for these things.

What God Said Tonight:

I am transforming your ashes into beauty. I am in the process of taking the struggle and making it your crowning achievement. I will turn all things to your good. 

Allow the process the time it needs. Try to be patient in trusting me. 

Even the ugliest and most difficult situations can become beautiful in my hands. Watch me make your life beautiful again.

Live this moment...

My prayer:

I found some joy today God. Thanks for the moments of joy and thanks for the healing. I am beyond grateful for your presence in my life. You are my everything God.

What God Said Tonight:

A night, a day, these things don't have great significance in the larger picture on their own. However, each day, each night, adds together to create eternity. 

A life of purpose keeps eyes on the purpose but it also takes time to enjoy and be present in the moment. 

There is a purpose in being present and experiencing all that I have for you right now. It is not as exciting as the dreams of the future but it can be just as wonderful in its own way. 

Live for eternity with me but before we get there, live each day with me. Live this moment with me. 

I love you  beyond words.

Moments of joy...

My prayer:

Purpose God. I am feeling a distinct lack of purpose. There seems to be an ever growing mound of problems and I am having a very hard time understanding the purpose. 

I pray for wisdom, discernment, and most of all your will and your purpose to be accomplished in everything.

What God Said Tonight:

Everything is connected my love. Seemingly random events are not random. You will not see all of the connections. You could not see them all even if I showed you. It is beyond your comprehension. But know that I do see them and I make all things work for your good. I have got it. 

In the meantime, in this time of getting though, I want you to find joy in the small things. Look for moments of joy. You can find them. I will leave them for you. But you will have to look. You will have to make it your purpose to find the joy in each situation. Look for it and write it down so you do not forget and so you can see the truth of my promise. 

I will always leave some joy for you if you look for it. I love you.

New paradigm...

My prayer:

I am grateful for a couple of days to relax and have fun. Everything has been so hard and serious lately. I am looking forward to at least a couple of days to disconnect from it all. 

Thank you for all of your help this week God. I would not have made it without you.

What God Said Tonight:

No judgement or condemnation for you my daughter. Your sin, your mistakes, everything is already paid for. I do not condemn you. Please do not condemn yourself. 

The world will try to make you feel like you need to be punished. Never forget the new paradigm you are under with me. I will see to your success. I have already forgiven every sin. The rest of eternity is about living out my perfect will in your life. 

Leave all worry behind and love. It is the purpose and plan of tomorrow. Love. They will know you by your love. Let your love show.

Oh wow God, we just passed 1 million views on this blog! People came over 1 million times to see what you had to say! That is amazing, fantastic, wonderful!!!!

I was going to talk about how I survived this day thanks to you and that I was grateful for your help, which I am, but seeing that number has me all excited! It is crazy wonderful and puts the worries of the day in perspective. 

The next meeting, the next deal, the next day at work, those are not really important. Seeing your messages and your love spread, literally throughout the world. Now, that is worth something! I love you SO MUCH!

What God Said Tonight:

I am here working on your behalf. I always have your best interest at heart. I am working it all out in your life. 

Trust me, please. Don't miss out on the beauty and joy of life because you are worrying about things outside of your control. I am in control and take ease in that knowledge. 

Rest, work, laugh, dream, but don't worry. Don't spend a minute of your effort on wondering "What if the worst happens." It won't. I am with you. And, even when it does, with me on your side, the worst works for your good. That is the promise. I will take EVERYTHING and work it for your good. 

You, my child, are more blessed than you know. Be completely confident of that.

God is great...

My prayer:

I am asking God. I am going to need big help tomorrow. I will need your favor. I will need ridiculous favor with men. And, that is just for the stuff I know about. Who knows what surprises tomorrow has for me. 

I pray above all things that your will is done. Make it all as you want it to be. Help me to follow your lead.

Building blocks. Every day, every challenge, in the past, present and future, every one is a building block. 

No experience is wasted in your life. I will turn ALL things for our good. All things. Every one of them. I will not let you be defeated.
