My prayer:

You are amazing. You give me everything I need right when I need it. You are the greatest love of my life. I am yours and you are mine and I can never fully explain how much that means to me. You are the ultimate love story. Thank you for being in my life.

What God Said Tonight:

I am bringing a fire to your life. Not a fire to destroy but a fire to bring life. I fire to light up the darkness. A fire to propel you into a future that I have specifically designed for you. 

 

Do not fear the fire. It is for your benefit and for mine. I love you sweet girl. We are in this together, as always.

My prayer:

I definitely gave a bit more than 100% today God and I really have noting left but it is just not right or good when I try to go to bed without taking our special time together. I need to hearyour voice.

What God said Tonight:

I am here. Rest your head on my shoulder and know that I will renew your strength. You will rise up on wings like eagles. You will soar above the clouds and above you enemies. I will lift you up.

Thanks for your help today God. It was tight but it all worked out.

We have another packed day tomorrow and I ask again for your timing to be in charge.

I love you God. Thanks for always getting me through...no matter what I am going through.

I have worked out a solution to every problem you will ever have. I have already seen the result. I have already seen you victorious.

Rely on my vision of you, through it all, successful and with me. Rely on my witness of who you will be and where you will live.

Rely on my understanding of what is going on because my thoughts are not your thoughts and my thoughts surround the entire picture. Your thoughts get so caught up in your piece of the picture that you can lose sight of the landscape you are in.

I love you. I have special protection and care set up around you. I will keep you safe. In the meantime, trust me and my vision of the end.

Awesome God. I ask for your help tomorrow. Please help me to be a blessing and a good teacher during the class tomorrow. Help me with the timing of the day.

It kind of seems like there is more to do than there are hours in the day for the rest of this week. So many times, you take my crazy schedule and make it run so smoothly, like it was planned. I ask for that again this week.

Thank you for being my ever-present help in the big things and the little things. You are wonderful and I love you!

My prayer:

Thanks for getting me through this day God. It kind of felt like a marathon. But, I get to end it here with you and that makes it a good day.

What is on your mind tonight God? If you have anything you want to talk about, I am here to listen.

What God Said Tonight:

Life is not about the thoughts that other people have about you, their judgements of your success or failure. Life is not about meeting expectations, yours or someone else's.

Life is about relationship. Life is about love. Life is an opportunity for you to get to know me in the midst of great challenges so you learn to trust me.

Think for a minute. Those people you most trust, those people you are closest to are all people that you have gone through tough times with. They have been there when you needed them. You learned that you could trust them even when the going got tough.

That is what life offers. An opportunity to get to know and trust me at a level that transcends thought and goes right to the gut awareness of someone who loves you and will never let you down.

There is more in life, more to enjoy, more to learn but the key opportunity for you is to get to know me and trust me. We have an eternity together. You should know what your getting into.

My prayer:

What a privilege to see you heal. What a privilege to see you save. What a privilege to see your presence change the atmosphere. What a privileged to hear your voice.

God, I revel in the privilege of my relationship with you tonight. You are so wonderful and I take for granted your presence in my life. I forget that it is only by your ultimate sacrifice that I get to have this relationship. I forget that not everyone has this relationship with you.

Thank you for loving me. Thank you for dying so I could know you like this. I am ridiculously grateful for you God.

What God Said Tonight:

I have a unique relationship with each of my kids. No one relationship is exactly like another because no one person is exactly like another.

I love you all, more than you will ever know. That never changes. But, how we talk, how we interact, what you know of me, those things can be different from person to person. Just because I talk to you in one way, does not mean I will use that same method to talk with someone else. I might, but I don't have to.

I am  so vast that I could do the same thing in a different way everyday for the rest of eternity and still not run out of new ways to do it. I do not change but I am so vast that what you know of me will never be all of me.

I love you daughter and I love our relationship. It is special as you are special to me.

Everything's new...

My prayer:

I am so deeply grateful to you God. This latest core healing you did in me has truly given me a new life. Everything is new and I love it! I know I keep talking about this but it is just so magnificent!

God, Help me to share this with other people in a way that helps them to receive this kind of core healing for themselves. What an amazing world this could be if we were all healed and whole and living for you! That's the world I want to live in.

What God Said Tonight:

A new heaven. A new earth. A new you.

I am the God of a new thing and I will continue to do a new thing in you as long as you are willing.

I have plans for us in the new heaven and new earth. I have plans for eternity for us. I know it seems like it has been a long time coming but in the midst of eternity, this has been but a tiny blip.

I have such great plans. Plans that only work if you are whole and healed. I love seeing you healed. It is my heart's desire to see you whole.
