Set aside...

 

My prayer:

I cannot praise you enough God. I literally cannot. I am grateful for every minute of this beautiful day you gave me. I am grateful for this amazing life you gave me. You are my everything God. Thank you for the beauty you have surrounded me with. Thank you for health and strength. Thank you for purpose and guidance. Thank you above everything for your love. I am yours, now and forever God.

What God Said Tonight:

I have you here for a purpose. I have set you aside for this time. It is a perfect fit for where you have been and where you are going. Right now, it is your time to enjoy. Live in this moment and enjoy. 

We will have more work tomorrow. We will have places to go. But for now, for this season, rest in your place of sanctuary and peace. I am here with you and loving every minute of it.

Guiding reins...

 

My prayer:

Awesome God, what a blessing this week has been. Thank you for the opportunities to be a blessing and thank you for blessing me. I don't know what tomorrow holds but the last few days have been pretty great. You always give me what I need and then, almost always, give me an opportunity to share it with someone else who needs it. 

You multiply your blessings in my life and I am so grateful to get to be a part of what you do.

What God Said Tonight:

Do not worry over tomorrow. Stay rooted in the moment, today. 

I will take care of tomorrow and when we get there, it will be another amazing moment to celebrate the glory here on earth. I have you set up to live glory to glory in this season. 

On some days, you will have to look for the glory. You will have to choose the glory. There will be other choices and options that can take you down some dark roads. But, each day, look for my glory and follow that. 

You will find my glory where there is love. You will find my glory where there is peace. Let those be your guiding reins and you will find yourself in my will and my glory. 

I love you my child, now and forever.

Challenge opportunity...

 

My prayer:

Amazing God. Today started a bit rough but you reminded me to pray and trust and it all came together, like always. I love you God and I love what you are teaching me about loving others. What a great journey and season this is!

What God Said Tonight:

It's time for a new day, a new way of looking at the challenges that face you. It is time for a day where no challenge can defeat you because they are nothing more than opportunities to show my glory. 

I am teaching you how to see the challenge for what it is, truly, an opportunity. I will show you this over and over until you cannot help but see it with my eyes. 

I love you and I am building in you a strength that will not fail. 

The impossible...

 

My prayer:

Amazing God. You did what no one, especially me, could do today. You are the God who does the impossible, all the time, and I am so PROUD to be your kid. Not the kind of proud that is all puffed up but I am so proud of you. I just want to brag on how good you are and how you consistently show up and make things that were broken whole again. 

Thank you for all that you did today. For the things I know about (which were AMAZING) and about all of the things I don't know about. 

You are truly incredible and living life with you lets me see the impossible getting done, almost every day.

What God Said Tonight:

The impossible is never what it seems. The impossible is most often nothing more than something put in your way to see how you will respond. 

The impossible either makes you give up, fight, or trust. 

I am glad you trusted today. That is when I can do my best work. 

I love you daughter. Enjoy this moment and this season. It is a good one.

Good grass...

 

My prayer:

Thank you for all of your help today God. The challenges were a little easier to face. The impossible didn't seem so impossible. Thank you for your promises, your favor, and most of all your love.

What God Said Tonight:

Grass doesn't grow overnight but when it grows, once it gets started, it spreads and can cover many acres. 

Your life now is a field that has been planted, it has been sown. In a season, not far ahead, you will reap a great harvest. The grass will grow and you will see it spread as far as you can see. 

It is good grass you have sown. 

Your eternity...

 

My prayer:

Another wonderful day God. Thank you! Days like these make the challenging days seem not so bad. Thank you for the time to rest, recover, and recreate! I love the life you have given me.

What God Said Tonight:

Your life is built on the rock and will not fall apart because of that foundation. 

Your eternity, now that is something that will really amaze you. As much as I love blessing you in this life, the gloves really come off in eternity. I can bless you in ways that are not even imaginable in this world and in this life. 

I love nothing more than to give my children the blessings I have stored up for them. Go and rest, there is more tomorrow.

Choose your day...

 

My prayer:

These last two days could not have been more different from each other. Yesterday, filled with stress and tension. The whole day was such a struggle. Today, the circumstances were the same but I was filled with your peace all day and it was really beautiful. 

Thank you for reminding me to lean on you. Thank you for reminding me to keep my thoughts on you. It makes all the difference. You make all the difference.

What God Said Tonight:

I am the same today, tomorrow, and yesterday. The difference is in you. The great news is, because the difference is in you, you have the ability to choose what kind of day you will have. 

You can choose to focus on the circumstances and stress and have a day like yesterday or you can choose to focus on me and have a day like today. It really is within your power.

I am here. I am always helping you. I am always protecting you. Your experience of this life is primarily up to you and your choices. Choose me and you will never be sorry.
