Nothing is impossible...

My prayer:

Each day raises the bar and somehow, each day, you make me succeed anyway. Thank you for doing the impossible again today. I am just hanging on to your coattails (prayer shawl tails. I love you. I am grateful. Let's see what tomorrow brings. 

What God Said Tonight:

Nothing is impossible. I did not just say that to say it. It is true. All things are possible through me. 

When you live you life in the full realization of who I am and that I am in you, the impossible just becomes one more way to show my glory. Recognize the impossible as a barrier to the world and as a blessing and opportunity to you. 

You have the power to overcome anything. You have my power in you to achieve the impossible. 

I love you now and forever.

Easiest and hardest...

My prayer:

My mind is racing tonight God but no one thought is slowing down enough to talk about it. I pray for peace and I pray, above everything else, that your will is done. 

What God Said Tonight:

Walking in my will for your life is the easiest and the hardest thing you will ever do. I never intended it to be hard. It is designed to work with how you were made. But this world has a tendency of breaking in you the very thing I created you to be. 

So, when you seek my will and walk in my will for your life, I have to build up and heal that core of you that I put in you from the beginning. 

Healing hurts. But, in the end, I promise it is worth it. There is no better feeling in the world than walking in my perfect will for your life. There is no greater joy. My healing will be perfected in you. My will shall be perfected in you. You are mine and I am yours, forever.

Rest now...

My prayer:

I love you Lord. I don't need anything tonight but to hear from you. 

What God Said Tonight:

Rest my daughter. The day is done and the labor is complete. There is nothing left for you to do but rest. 

Tomorrow will have its own challenges and things to do but tonight is only for rest. Breathe in my peace and breathe out the stress of today. Keep breathing and let me fill you. 

I love you. Now and forever.

Nothing too big...

My prayer:

I poured out everything I have today. Nothing left in me. Fill me up God.

What God Said Tonight:

A broken window may not shatter all at once but once breached, it will eventually break and crumble. 

You have two choices. Either keep yourself protected and live your life between two bullet proof sheets or you can let the crack happen, sweep up the pieces of glass, and find a new use for them. 

Your life is not static and tomorrow does not ahve to be like today. Tomorrow can be a whole new world. A kaleidoscope of your past experiences with a view toward the future. Nothing is too big to dream. Nothing is to big to hope for.

Ugliness exposed...

My prayer:

Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, won't you fall, fall on me. Fill my spirit, fill my life. Fall, fall, on me. Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit. You are exactly what I need. Fill me with your healing power and your peace, meant just for me.

What God Said Tonight:

I have to expose some ugliness so it can be healed. It will not be pleasant but it is necessary. 

Don't be afraid when the ugliness is made apparent. It is a part of my plan and I do have a way to turn it all for your good. Trust me. But first, we must shine a light in the darkness to vanquish it for good. 

I love you and I will see you prosper. I am yours and you are mine, now and forever.

God's perfect will...

My prayer:

A day of rest, that is for sure. I am not sure that it was a day of rejuvenation, but it was a day of rest. Thank you for rest God.

This week holds more potential happenings than I can count and I have no idea which of them will actually occur. I pray, as always and above everything else, that your will is done. I pray for your perfect will in my life, in this world, in this universe.

Thank you Jesus.

What God Said Tonight:

Believe it or not, everything is coming together perfectly. You see a tangled mess but I know it to be the fractal reality of my perfect will in this world. 

Trust me, follow me. I will not let you down and I will not leave you behind. 

There is more to see, know, and do and I will guide you through it all. Live in the peace of my will in your life. I love you.

God's guarantee...

My prayer:

Death seems to be attacking so many people around me right now God. Now, I understand that for all of us who are saved, to die just means we get to be with you, but it is still pretty hard for all of us left behind. And, I just don't understand why there is so much of it, nearly every conversation, every post, every time I turn around, someone I care about has lost someone they care about. 

Can you give us some insight, some comfort, some understanding of this God?

What God Said Tonight:

Things are not always as they seem. What feels like an increase to you is nothing more than a shifted perspective and awareness. 

There are seasons for everything and there are seasons to die. 

Now, what I can guarantee you is that everyone of my children is welcomed in heaven with a great celebration and love. What I can promise you is everyone of my children is living at a level of joy not yet experienced on earth. And, another promise I can make is my children will all be reconciled, one day. You will see your loved ones.
