God's perfect will...

My prayer:

A day of rest, that is for sure. I am not sure that it was a day of rejuvenation, but it was a day of rest. Thank you for rest God.

This week holds more potential happenings than I can count and I have no idea which of them will actually occur. I pray, as always and above everything else, that your will is done. I pray for your perfect will in my life, in this world, in this universe.

Thank you Jesus.

What God Said Tonight:

Believe it or not, everything is coming together perfectly. You see a tangled mess but I know it to be the fractal reality of my perfect will in this world. 

Trust me, follow me. I will not let you down and I will not leave you behind. 

There is more to see, know, and do and I will guide you through it all. Live in the peace of my will in your life. I love you.

God's guarantee...

My prayer:

Death seems to be attacking so many people around me right now God. Now, I understand that for all of us who are saved, to die just means we get to be with you, but it is still pretty hard for all of us left behind. And, I just don't understand why there is so much of it, nearly every conversation, every post, every time I turn around, someone I care about has lost someone they care about. 

Can you give us some insight, some comfort, some understanding of this God?

What God Said Tonight:

Things are not always as they seem. What feels like an increase to you is nothing more than a shifted perspective and awareness. 

There are seasons for everything and there are seasons to die. 

Now, what I can guarantee you is that everyone of my children is welcomed in heaven with a great celebration and love. What I can promise you is everyone of my children is living at a level of joy not yet experienced on earth. And, another promise I can make is my children will all be reconciled, one day. You will see your loved ones.

The waiting is done...

My prayer:

Thank you for your strength and your help God, especially over the last few days. Without you, I am not sure I would have survived. I pray for rest and rejuvenation. I love you!

What God Said Tonight:

Waiting is hard. Waiting with anticipation, more so. learning to relish the wait is even more rare. A waiting woman, who values the wait, can conquer the world. 

I have made you wait. The waiting is done. 

God in control...

My prayer:

What a day of ups and downs God. I am worn out. Laying it all aside and reaffirming that my core prayer and request is that your will is done.

What God Said Tonight:

Nothing is set in stone and nothing is really what it seems. Do not let the enemy fool you with bright lights and emergencies. I am still in control and I will bring you through this season. 

Discernment...

My prayer:

Awesome God. I ask for your  help, your strength, and your favor as I walk into the challenges of tomorrow. Thank you for being my ever present help.

What God Said Tonight:

I have given you discernment. You recognize my voice and my word and you, without even needing to think abut it, recognize what is not of me. I have given you that discernment so you are not fooled in the days to come.

Trust your instincts. Trust my Spirit in you, guiding you, speaking to you. It is like a divining stick that unerringly brings you to my truth, every time. 

Guide others. Help them to hear what you hear. Help them to see what you see. Help them to know the truth. You are a voice of truth in a forest of silence. Speak my words. stay in my truth.

A season passes...

My prayer:

It is really hard to know what to do sometimes God. I am not sure what to do now. Guide me. 

What God Said Tonight:

Each season has its moments. Moments to laugh and moments to cry. Moments to live and moments to die. 

A season passes but never before a new season has begun. 

I am with you. I will guide you. I am yours.

Who am I...

My prayer:

I pray for healing. I pray for favor. I pray for guidance. And most of all, I pray that your will is accomplished. It sounds generic but each is a heartfelt need tonight God. Thank you for hearing me tonight.

What God Said Tonight:

You are not who people say you are. You are not even who you say you are. You are who I say you are. 

There is one truth, one thing you must understand. I created you and I know you. So, when I tell you that you are my child, that you are a royal priesthood, that when I came and died for you, you were covered and made perfect, that is the truth about you. That is who you are. 

A child of God has no need to worry, ever. I am with you always and I will bless you, I will guide you, I will heal you and because you have asked, my will is being accomplished in your life. 

You are not alone, now or ever. I am yours forever. I love you.
