Changed by love...

My prayer:

Awesome God. Make me a better person. God, I want to add value to everything and everyone around me. I don't want to be a drain or a subtraction in anyone's life. 

Fill me with your love that it overflows out of me. I know when I let stress get the upper hand, that the stress will flow out of me onto others. I want that to be true of your goodness, grace and love. Let you and all your goodness outshine the lack in me. 

Help me to love from the core of me. Go deep into me and wash out any bitterness, hurt or lack. Anything that gets in the way you flowing through me. 

I ask this for my sake, for the sake of those around me and most of all for your Kingdom's sake. We have got to get better at loving each other here on earth. It is getting pretty scary.

What God Said Tonight:

When you look at the world, you see crowds of people. You see disasters. You see wars and rumors of wars. And all of those things are happening. But I see Jimmy and Joseph. I see Serina and Sara. I see Yaniv and Yolanda. 

I see each of my people, my kids, individually. I see their struggles. I see their challenges. I see their hurts. I see also, their futures. I know that they will get to their promised land. I know that they will get to the place of loving those around them as themselves. I know that they will get to the place of their purpose. I don't have to see them in it today to know that it is in them. I don't have to see it in you today to know it is in you. 

I will continue to change you from the inside out. That is what I do. I will continue to grow you and help you. I will always continue to love you. 

My love is the key, truly. When you truly experience my love, everything is changed. There is no limit to my love. No matter how much you feel it, no matter how much you know, I will always love you more than that. You will never reach the end of my love.

My prayer:

Wonderful God of peace. I am content in you tonight God. I am simply content. That is not a state that I get into too often but it sure feels nice. No striving, no questioning, no worrying, no grasping, just content knowing that you are you and you love me and we are here, right now. 

I love you God. Thank you for contentment.

What God Said Tonight:

Today you are content which is good but it is not a time for rest. It is a time to stand up and move. It is a time to step forward, step out and see the Kingdom of God that is at hand. 

In your contentment, know that you will have much to do in this time. Listen for me, my voice, my guidance and I will take you down each vital path. This is a season of movement and you should be ready and prepared to move with me. 

Love you now and forever.

Truth in love...

My prayer:

My God, I pray that truth is revealed. Help me to know truth. Help me to share truth. Help me to center my life on the truth of you.

What God Said Tonight:

The truth is not as mysterious as you might think. I do not hide the truth from you. You know the scripture very well by now, I call you friends, not slaves. I have shared with you all of my plans which is something done with friends. I have not hidden anything from you. 

However, I know there are many voices on this earth. I know the world has many messages, and it can be difficult to separate the truth from the waste. I will help you sift the truth. 

Know that the one true test is love. Does the thing you are questioning reflect love? Then it is probably truth. 

Now, you just have to understand what love is. We will work more on that next.

My prayer:

Awesome God. It is very late, just got home and I have work tomorrow morning. I thought about skipping this time together for tonight. I mean, you have been talking so clearly to me all day and it has been a day that has been blessed in your presence. But, it just didn't feel right going to bed without hearing from you specifically, without taking the time to shut up and listen to you. i am here and can't wait to hear your voice tonight...

What God Said Tonight:

I have more to tell you. I always have more. I never run out, of anything. 

I never run out of love. I never run out of patience. I never run out of healing. I never run out of forgiveness. I am the God of more than enough so I never run out. 

No matter how much you need, I have more. No matter how much you learn, I have more to teach. No matter how blessed you are, I have more blessings for you. 

I am your everything and I love you more than you will ever know. And, I always have more for you.

Release the past...

My prayer:

What a wonderful day and a wonderful night God. 

Thank you for rest today. Thank you for the amazing news of restoration today. Thank you for a fantastic service tonight. Thank you for hope. Thank you for never giving up on me. 

You in me, in my life is more important to me than anything else.You make everything else work. I LOVE YOU.

What God Said Tonight:

It is time to release the things that hold you back and reach forward to the the future and promises I have for you. Your past will only keep you bound. 

Sometimes, your past can be the tool, the stepping stone you need to to move forward. Right now, your past  is like a ball and chain on your ankle, holding you to where you are when I want you to move forward. Release it, let it go, and move into the promise I have for you. 

I love you too my sweet child and I will see you walking in victory again.

Restore...

My prayer:

Good friends and wonderful worship...tonight was good God! I am glad this week is done and I get to have a Sabbath with you. What do you want to do tomorrow? How should we spend our day together? I am all yours!

What God Said Tonight:

We will spend tomorrow beside the cool, slow waters. Tomorrow will be a day of rest and contemplation for you. I will restore your soul I will give you drink to refresh your spirit. I will strengthen you with my joy. 

Tomorrow is about healing from the battle and restoring you to wholeness. I will receive your worship and I will be glorified in it, but let me worry about that. Let me worry about spreading the good news message tomorrow. 

You are in my arms and I will see you restored.

Growth struggle...

My prayer:

I am fighting to focus on the positive God. It is harder than usual and I am not even sure why. You continue to bless me and pour out favor on my life and I remain so grateful. 

Maybe I need a change of scenery? Maybe that will give me a fresh perspective? Maybe I need to stop being so focused on me and take care of some other people. 

I am not sure of the answer, I am not even sure of the problem. But I am sure that things are not quite right and I need your help. Guide me, show me, help me God to live the life you have for me. I am all yours.

What God Said Tonight:

I am. 

You are living life and life is not always perfect joy. You have read so many times of how you will have trials and tribulations. You have seen in your own past that your times of the greatest growth come out of times of struggle. I know the struggle is not fun but it is necessary. 

I have great plans and for you to be ready, you have to grow more in me, fast. The fastest way to help you grow the character you need is through a struggle. Be grateful that this struggle is not one you have to meet on your own. Lean on me, lean on those close to you. 

You will see so very soon the necessity of this season. You will look back with your hindsight and understand. For now know that I will not see you in pain any longer than is necessary. Know that I will always rescue you. Know that my love for you is so enormous that it cannot be measured, ever.
