Rest in God...

 

My prayer:

Abba, the only good thing about this day is that it is over. Ok, that is a bit dramatic. Thank you for bringing me through all of the mess and challenges today. Thank you for your continued teaching me about relying on others. Thank you for your continued favor in the midst of the mess that is life right now. 

I love you and I am ready to spend some time in your arms tonight.

What God Said Tonight:

Rest, here now, with me, just rest. Breathe in, breathe out. I have got you. 

I won't let you go, now or ever. I won't let you face any challenge alone and I will never let you be defeated. I am with you now and forever and it is time for you to rest in me. 

I will take care of this latest thing.

Seat of blessing...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Jesus. Thank you for being so amazing and always being there for me. Today was rough but I knew you were with me through it all and really, that is all I need to know. 

I pray your will is done. I pray for your help. I am yours.

What God Said Tonight:

The life you are living right now is not exactly what you think . There is much going on behind the scenes, so to speak. There is much going on in the spirit realm. There is much going on that is preparing a future for you that I have spent many years designing. 

I love you and I have amazing things for you. Do not get discouraged with the small steps of today. Even when those steps seem to be taking you backwards. 

I promise to you, there is a plan in motion and every experience of today, will be turned for your good in the long run. I have great blessings in store for you, more than you can imagine. 

I have done this because of how I love you. I have done this because of who I am. I don't need you to do or accomplish anything right now. It is in my hands and I will take you where you need to go to sit in my seat of blessing for you.

My prayer:

Sweet savior, awesome Father. Thank you for the rest and restoration of these last couple of days. I pray for your help going back into the week ahead. Guide me, direct me, and help me to be the reflection of you and your love that you intend me to be. I am yours, now and forever.

What God Said Tonight:

There are houses built every day. Big houses, small houses. Houses with walls and houses in canvas. The house is not important but the home is everything. A place where the family lives life together, loves, builds, and shares. That is what gives life its meaning and its joy. I live in homes. I don't waste time with houses. 

It comes back to the heart and the truth that is always present. Everything with meaning is based in love. The core and root of everything that matters is love. Do not ever lose sight of that truth. 

When you are stressed, love. When you are sad, love. When you are afraid, love. When you are filled with joy...well then you are already loving. 

You are my child and my love, now and forever. 

Protection...

 

My prayer:

Amazing Lord. I pray for protection tonight. I pray for protection from everything that is trying to harm your children. I pray protection from the things we don't even know are trying to harm us. Sweet Father, surround us in your love, with your angels standing guard. In your arms is the safest place in the world. 

What God Said Tonight:

I have covered you in my armor and nothing can penetrate. 

I love you sweet daughter. You are under my protection, now and forever. I cannot promise that no bad thing will ever happen to you on this earth but I can promise I will always bring you through whatever does happen. I promise you that nothing can defeat you with me on your side. 

I love you and you will see tomorrow.

Arm in arm...

 

My prayer:

Ah, Jesus. You said you were going to do a new thing and here we are, old things are coming to an end and I am excited to see what you have for us next. 

I pray God, first and always, your will be done. I love you, I trust you, I remain in total awe of all that you are.

What God Said Tonight:

I have your foundations built upon my rock and I will grow you out from there. You will reach great heights but will always be grounded. You will see great things but always from a seat of humility and grace. 

I love you my child and my plans are sweet. I will walk with you in this season in a more real and personal way than ever before. I want to be arm in arm with you for this season. I will guide but it will be you and I together. 

I love you and I am excited to walk with you in this season.

Truth and fulfillment...

 

My prayer:

Amazing God. What a great day of celebration. I can never say it enough but thank you for your sacrifice and for saving me. My life would be worthless without you and my death would be torture. With you, I am blessed now and forever.

What God Said Tonight: 

I enjoyed today too. So many celebrating and so many coming to know me for the first time. It is a new beginning for so many in so many ways. 

This Spring is a time of renewing and of newness. I am doing a new thing. The old ways have passed and it is time for a new, fresh, and pure move. 

I do not have time to play around. I do not have time for anything but truth and fulfillment. 

Good Friday...

 

My prayer:

Sweet Jesus. Today is always such a bitter sweet day. We call it Good Friday and it is good as it is a celebration of the sacrifice you made for us. Out of love. I love that you did it. I hate that you had to. 

What God Said Tonight:

You have yet to see all that you have gained through that simple and profound act of sacrifice. The world, the universe, eternity was changed that day. It was the day where satan thought he had won the war, only to find out he didn't even win the battle. 

You are my children, my brothers, my sisters, and I will never regret that day or that sacrifice. Please do not turn your back on it.
