Moments of joy...

My prayer:

Purpose God. I am feeling a distinct lack of purpose. There seems to be an ever growing mound of problems and I am having a very hard time understanding the purpose. 

I pray for wisdom, discernment, and most of all your will and your purpose to be accomplished in everything.

What God Said Tonight:

Everything is connected my love. Seemingly random events are not random. You will not see all of the connections. You could not see them all even if I showed you. It is beyond your comprehension. But know that I do see them and I make all things work for your good. I have got it. 

In the meantime, in this time of getting though, I want you to find joy in the small things. Look for moments of joy. You can find them. I will leave them for you. But you will have to look. You will have to make it your purpose to find the joy in each situation. Look for it and write it down so you do not forget and so you can see the truth of my promise. 

I will always leave some joy for you if you look for it. I love you.

New paradigm...

My prayer:

I am grateful for a couple of days to relax and have fun. Everything has been so hard and serious lately. I am looking forward to at least a couple of days to disconnect from it all. 

Thank you for all of your help this week God. I would not have made it without you.

What God Said Tonight:

No judgement or condemnation for you my daughter. Your sin, your mistakes, everything is already paid for. I do not condemn you. Please do not condemn yourself. 

The world will try to make you feel like you need to be punished. Never forget the new paradigm you are under with me. I will see to your success. I have already forgiven every sin. The rest of eternity is about living out my perfect will in your life. 

Leave all worry behind and love. It is the purpose and plan of tomorrow. Love. They will know you by your love. Let your love show.

Oh wow God, we just passed 1 million views on this blog! People came over 1 million times to see what you had to say! That is amazing, fantastic, wonderful!!!!

I was going to talk about how I survived this day thanks to you and that I was grateful for your help, which I am, but seeing that number has me all excited! It is crazy wonderful and puts the worries of the day in perspective. 

The next meeting, the next deal, the next day at work, those are not really important. Seeing your messages and your love spread, literally throughout the world. Now, that is worth something! I love you SO MUCH!

What God Said Tonight:

I am here working on your behalf. I always have your best interest at heart. I am working it all out in your life. 

Trust me, please. Don't miss out on the beauty and joy of life because you are worrying about things outside of your control. I am in control and take ease in that knowledge. 

Rest, work, laugh, dream, but don't worry. Don't spend a minute of your effort on wondering "What if the worst happens." It won't. I am with you. And, even when it does, with me on your side, the worst works for your good. That is the promise. I will take EVERYTHING and work it for your good. 

You, my child, are more blessed than you know. Be completely confident of that.

God is great...

My prayer:

I am asking God. I am going to need big help tomorrow. I will need your favor. I will need ridiculous favor with men. And, that is just for the stuff I know about. Who knows what surprises tomorrow has for me. 

I pray above all things that your will is done. Make it all as you want it to be. Help me to follow your lead.

I love you and I am grateful for your help.

What God Said Tonight:

Building blocks. Every day, every challenge, in the past, present and future, every one is a building block. 

No experience is wasted in your life. I will turn ALL things for our good. All things. Every one of them. I will not let you be defeated. 

I will see you prosper. My kids are meant for glory. My kids are meant for greatness. 

Watch me be great tomorrow for you. I love you.

Ask...

My prayer:

I made it through today relatively unscathed. These days, that is a praise report! I continue to pray that your will is accomplished in every aspect of this world God.

What God Said Tonight:

A prayer does not have to be anything specific. You don't always have to ask. You don't always have to praise. You don't always have to intercede. You can do all of those things. You can claim your rights as a child of God. You can speak my Word and my promises over a situation. But, you don't have to. 

All I ask is that we keep talking. I just want to hear what you want to tell me and I want you to listen to me. 

It is no different than any other relationship. Even when you know what someone  you care about is going to say to you, you still want to hear them say it. You may know that someone loves you but it is good to hear it now and then. You may know that someone is going to ask you an important question, but you still wait to hear them ask it before you answer. 

The same is true of me. I know you. I made you. So yes, I know what you are going to ask before you ask it. But that doesn't mean that I don't want you to still ask for it. I need to hear it and you need to say it. 

Make your requests known my daughter. I will hear you. I love you so very much.

Stronger together...

My prayer:

I have to trust you God. You are my everything. You tell me that everything has a purpose and you are in control. I trust you and pray your will is done. That is all I know how to do.

What God Said Tonight:

A frayed rope is weak but not broken. If seen in time, it can be strengthened with other cords of rope. Often, the repaired rope is stronger than the original one. 

I am bringing to your damaged areas, those people who can make you stronger than you ever were before. The time for making it on your own is over. The time to link up with brothers and sisters in my name has come.

Repel the attack...

My prayer:

Thanks for our alone time together God. I really needed that. Thanks for catching my tears and guiding my steps. I do not know what tomorrow has for me but I am at a much greater place of peace tonight.

What God Said Tonight:

The roots and the vines of a tree feed the tree. The flowers and the buds of a tree are the fruit. The bark is the protection and the trunk is the base that all else is supported by. There is no part of the tree that is greater than any other but each part serves its purpose. 

Sometimes, when something attacks a tree, the sap and the bark work to expel the attack. That my daughter is you now. I have sent you in to repel the attack. 

It is not fun work but it is vital. Do not give up the fight. Do not avoid the fight. Trust me to strengthen you and keep at it. 

The attack must be repelled or the tree will fall. I love you and I am with you in this and in all things.
