Healing love...

My prayer:

Work is kind of beating me up this week God. I am exhausted and just kind of done. Can we talk about something completely unrelated to work tonight? Tell me something wonderful that happened today? Something to pull me out of this funk.

What God Said Tonight:

I can list of millions of miracles today, but you already know that I am alive and active. 

What I want you to know is that just because you had a bad day, it does not mean that I love you less. Just because you say something you are sorry for or even think something you wish you hadn't, it does not change my love for you. You cannot out run my love. 

I love you, now and forever, no matter what. It is a fact. It cannot be changed. It is a vital tenet of reality. 

Rest in my love. Receive my love. Let love heal what the world stripped off of you today.

Lasting peace and joy...

My prayer:

Today was different. I actually had a whole day to catch up. I can't remember the last time that happened. 

Thank you God for favor and for the space and time to get caught up. What a gift!

What God Said Tonight:

Everything in its time and in its place. Learn the rhythms of my will and my way and you will flow through life with no stress and no worry. 

A life free of worry is not a life free of problems and challenges. A life free of worry is a life where you are so in tune with me, my will, my rhythms, and you trust me in all things. That is what a worry free life looks like. That is what it is built on. 

Stop chasing a perfect life and start seeking my flow. I promise, you will be much happier in the long run. No blessing given has the lasting peace and joy that living in my will provides.

Waiting with God...

My prayer:

Seeking you God. Seeking your wisdom and direction. I am willing to do whatever you ask, however you want me to do it. Guide me. Make it plain to me.

Thank you Jesus.

What God Said Tonight:

See the people. See the millions and millions of people, waiting, looking, seeking. The world waits in breathless anticipation for one thing. My return. 

Look up and wait. See me. Know that I will not wait a moment longer than is necessary. I long to return to you. I long to hold you in my arms. 

I love the relationship we have but one day, it will be more. One day, we will dwell in each other for eternity. 

My love. My joy. I am waiting for you too.

God's logic...

My prayer:

So, I think I heard a direction from you tonight God but it is something you have not said to me before and I am wondering if I heard you right? This could affect more than just me so I need to be sure. Can you give me a confirmation if I heard you correctly? Or, if I did not, can you let me know that?

Thank you Jesus, Holy Spirit, Father God.

What God Said Tonight:

My voice is not foreign to you. You know my voice. You know when I am speaking to you. Your confirmation will come and you will know it for truth. 

I have never meant to confuse you but sometimes there are things that I know and understand that you do not. Those things, when known, make my decisions and my direction very logical. Without the knowledge of those things, they seem random and nonsensical. 

Trust me, trust my voice. I will lead you and guide you my child.

God's love...

My prayer:

I am need of nothing tonight God but your presence and your voice. I love you.

What God Said Tonight:

Nothing missing and nothing lacking. Shalom my sweet daughter. 

I have waited for this time together. Not because I have anything specific to tell you but because I look forward to our time together. You love being in my presence. I love being in yours. 

You are my created daughter, the apple of my eye, and you are etched within my palm. My love for you goes beyond your ability to understand it. My love for you is the purpose behind all that I do. 

My children and my love of my children explain my sacrifice my will, and my plan. 

I love you. Look at everything with that understanding. 

Favor...

My prayer:

Thank you for a remarkably successful day God! Everything just kin of worked today. 

Thank you for your favor on my life. 

What God Said Tonight:

Favor is not a gift I give out as a reward. Favor cannot be earned. Favor is a byproduct of your inheritance. 

I have given you eternity. I have given you salvation. You are the daughter of the Most High King. and that comes with certain advantages.

Breathe...

My prayer:

I did not do well with life today God. I felt smothered in darkness. I know that sounds dramatic and I don't mean to be over dramatic about it but that is what it felt like. 

I am praying for your light to chase away the darkness. Thank you Jesus.

What God Said Tonight:

Breathe in and then out. 

Now is not a time to figure it all out. I don't need you to problem solve this. Just rest. I have a plan. I will show you the direction. 

Nothing is lost. All is in waiting. Rest and listen for me. 

This season is short.
