Season...

My prayer:

Awesome God. I need a new direction, a new purpose, a new...something meaningful. I am feeling stuck and uninspired. I am feeling a bit useless to myself and to others.

What should we do next God? Where should we go? What should we build? I am ready for a new adventure.

What God Said Tonight:

I have a season to everything. I have a season for growth and a season for rest. I have a season for planting and a season for harvesting.

Don't rush your season.

Your feeling right now is nothing more than the anticipation of your spirit for the coming season. You are preparing yourself without even realizing it.

I have your future and your heart prepared. I am lining up the world. When it is done. we will march out together with purpose and joy.

I love you daughter. Your holding pattern is only for a moment.

Keep God...

My prayer:

I am tired at many levels tonight God and with that, my attitude is not very good. I could think of many things to complain about tonight, many things that I would like to be changed, but that sounds like an awful way to spend our time together.

I don't want to be the squeaky and whiny wheel. I want to bring you joy. I want to bring a smile to your face. I want to be the child that you see and can't wait to talk to.

So, know that no matter what I am struggling with tonight, my love for you is greater. My worship of you is paramount. My joy from being in your presence is immeasurable.

Come and let me feel your presence. Let me know that you are here with me as always. Let me feel your peace, your joy and your love. 

What God Said Tonight:

You bring me honor in your worship. I have told you to "do this in remembrance of me." When I said that, it was more than just communion. It was that in your every day life. In your eating, sleeping, waking, going about your business day, do it in remembrance of me.

Keep me in your mind and your spirit. Keep  me ahead of the challenges you face. Keep me with you always. And, I promise you that I will work all things our for your good. I promise that I will bless you abundantly. I promise you greatness in this life and beyond.

Keep me first and there is nothing you can't do.

Trust...

My prayer:

Amazing God. I ask for greater discernment. My instinct, is to distrust people first and only trust them after a long period of proving their trustworthiness, if ever.

I do this because of being deeply hurt in the past by trusting those who turned out to be untrustworthy. I do it to protect myself. While it is understandable, the older I get the more I realize how this approach, this distrust, isolates me and keeps me from experiences and people that could really enhance my life.

God, I pray for healing of the old wounds, I pray for restoration of my trust, and I pray for your protection from those who should not be trusted.

What God Said Tonight?

Here are the basics, trust me. That is all you need to know and all you need to do. I will, in your trust bring in only those who are trustworthy and protect you against those who are not. 

SIgnificant...

My prayer:

Too tired to write, not too tired to listen. What is on your mind God?

What God Said Tonight:

I have known for a very long time that this day and this time would come. There is a significance to this time that you do not yet realize. 

Every sacrifice, every step forward that you make in this time is significant in the overall plan for humanity and the earth. 

I know it does not seem like you and you actions could be so significant but they are. Each of my children have a role in Kingdom destiny. Each have a part in the new heaven and earth to come. 

Keep up your part my darling daughter. I love you.

Covenant...

My prayer:

Thank you God for helping me to get out of my own way today. There were several times where I saw myself getting irritable and unpleasant, defensive, stressed out, for no real reason and each time, I asked for your help and you turned it around for me. The exact same thing that had made me so angry one minute, I was able to laugh about in the next minute with your help.

Living life with you is SO much easier than living it without you. Thank you for always helping when I ask!

What God Said Tonight:

I am your ever present help in danger. I will never leave you or forsake you I am in this covenant with you that cannot and will not be broken.

I wait for you to have the full realization of that covenant. I wait for you to realize all that is yours through that covenant. 

Confidence...

My prayer:

I really enjoyed today God. Thank you for every moment!

What God Said Tonight:

The fire is not always dangerous. At least it is not for you.

The fire dances and moves and because of my protection, you can sit back and see the beauty in it with no fear. I have given you the gift of confidence. Confidence in me to work it out. That confidence allows you to look at any situation and find the beauty in it.

There is the old saying that every cloud has a silver lining. Well, with me working in your life, that is COMPLETELY true. You eyes are blessed with the vision to see the silver lining once you have fully trusted me. I am and will always be on your side. Always.

Mountain moving prayer....

My prayer:

Thank you God for coming through for my friend today! Your provision and blessing on her life is beautiful.

Thank you for hearing our prayers. You are so good to us, so kind, so generous and so loving. Thank you for being so wonderful.

What God Said Tonight:

Pray and believe...it has to go three ways. Effective prayer is a three pronged situation.

It requires the prayer, it requires the belief, and it requires you and me together. Take one of those elements away and it falls over like a stool missing a leg.

Your prayer, given to me with our shared belief, that is power. That is effective. That moves mountains. I love you daughter. Let's move some more mountains together soon.
