My prayer:

What an amazing day and a wonderful night God! Thank you!!! So many blessings, so much fun! Simple blessings and joy that lasts. LOVE YOU!! Love the people you put in my life. Love the place you have planted me. Love the plans you have for me. LOVE YOU! Basking in the joy of being your kid tonight!

What God Said Tonight:

I love you. 

Not just parts of you. Not just when you are good. Not just when you are succeeding. I love you, all of you, all of the time. I love you when you fail. I love you when you sin. I love you when you win. I love you when you are generous. I love you when you sitting in your backyard worshiping me. I love you when you are making the wrong choice. I love you when you are making the right choice. 

My love is not dependent on what you are doing, my love is only dependent on who you are in me. My love is dependent only on the unshakable fact that you are mine, now and forever. My love is dependent on nothing more than the fact that you exist and you are mine. 

Our relationship can grow closer and deeper based on the time we spend together. But my love, that is unshakable and undeniable. Now and forever, my love.

Thank you God for giving me everything I needed to handle everything that was thrown at me today. Felt like I was in a game of dodge ball all day. Running to your arms tonight God Wrap me up and talk to me?

What God Said Tonight:

Go and rest. My only words for you tonight are that I love you. I will always be here for you and you never, and I mean never, need to doubt that for one second. You and me forever, count on it. 

I love you more than you can imagine. You are more precious to me than diamonds and more beautiful than gold. You are my shining star and I love you. 

Receive my love tonight and let it refuel you for tomorrow.

Behind the scenes...

Standing on your promises of protection God. Five minutes of the news today could have a sane person petrified. But you have promised your protection over me and I am standing and believing that promise.

Thank you for the wonderful gift tonight. It was beautiful and perfect and such a wonderful surprise. Your gentle kindness and thoughtfulness continue to amaze me.

What God Said Tonight:

Nothing is quite what it seems right now. I am working behind the scenes and I will turn everything for your good.

Your trust is not misplaced. I will see you through this time and through tomorrow. We have an eternity to spend together. That is also a promise.

You fall under the protection of the most high God. Who can ever harm you?

Thank you God for today! So much fun, exciting news, great friends and colleagues. LOVED IT. You are so amazing, wonderful, and beyond perfect. The way you work everything out is pretty incredible. Can't wait to see what you do tomorrow!

What God Said Tonight:

There is a time for reconciliation.A time to look back and find those people who you drifted from or chose to walk away from, and repair the damage. 

I am a God of forgiveness and with my help you can be a child of forgiveness. Children are a great examples really. There is no one more forgiving than a small child. 

Foolish...

My prayer:

At what point does waiting on a promise go from being faith to being foolish? 

There are a few things that I truly believe you told me you were going to do in my life that I have been waiting on for years. The one thing has been over ten years of waiting. If I continue to wait with expectation am I walking by faith and not by sight or am I just being foolish and waiting on something that will never happen? 

I have to say that on these promises that are so long in coming, I feel foolish a lot of the time. But then, I will think of some wonderful thing you have done in my life that took many years to come about and I jump right back into the faith arena. All things are possible through you, right?

Maybe it is better to be a fool for you and stand in faith no matter what rather than be "wise" and miss out on the miracles you want to do in my life? Seeking true wisdom tonight God, even if the answer is to go ahead and be "foolish."

What God Said Tonight:

I use the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. Being foolish is not the worst thing in the world. The worst thing in the world, for you since you are saved and redeemed by me, is to miss out on what I have for you. To miss the blessing and to miss the miracle. 

I have so much more for you than you can ever imagine. No dream is too big. No promise is too outlandish. I will do the impossible in your life for no other reason than to show my glory in you. I have targeted you as my reflecting mirror to the world. Why would I not do amazing things in your life? 

I have not said "no" I have only said "not yet". 

Remember that I will give you the desires of your heart if it fits in my will for you and if it does not, I will slowly change the desires of your heart. Either way, follow your heart, follow the love in your heart and you will never go wrong. 

I love you sweet daughter. If you are willing to risk being foolish for me, I will not let you down.

God's bride...

My prayer:

Awesome God. So, everything I was typing for my prayer tonight was just wiped...thinking maybe I need to do more listening and less talking tonight? Love you God and I am here for anything you want to say.

What God Said Tonight:

I didn't mean to shut you down tonight daughter but I am excited. I have seen this time coming and it is almost here. There is a wedding in the planning stages. There is a coming together of me with my church and it is almost here. 

I am ready and she has been preparing. I have seen her gown and it is white with jewels and feathers and lace. It is beautiful but does not hold a candle to my bride herself. She does not see herself as perfect but in my eyes, perfection. I have covered her with my sacrifice that has made her whole and made her worthy of this marriage. 

We are going to be forever for eternity which is wonderful but soon, is the celebration of our becoming one. My sweet bride is nearly ready. You are so beautiful to me.

God's trust...

My prayer:

Wonderful day God, thank you! I am completely exhausted but want to hear your voice. Is there anything you want to talk about tonight?

What God Said Tonight:

I have entrusted to you your purpose. I have entrusted to you the people that I have put in your life. I have entrusted you with a message of pure love and grace. 

I do not place trust lightly. I have carefully chosen those that I will trust with particular parts of the overall plan. Your role is broad but specific. 

Keep and ear open to me, no matter where you are or what you are doing. Right now is a time that I may need you at a moments notice. I have the hands and feet to do what I need. I have the willing hearts. I will see this done.
