What God Said Tonight:

I know it is not Spring outside but it is about to be Spring in your life. 

I am about to birth and grow some new and exotic things in you. They have not been seen before but they are so beautiful. You will be amazed. 

Get ready for new life in your life. Get ready to see things you have not seen before. 

I will lead you and guide you always.

Death and life...

My prayer:

Today really put things in perspective God. I ask that you comfort my friend and his family who lost their son and brother today. There is little to nothing I can do to help them myself but I can come to the great comforter on their behalf. God, I send your love, peace, and comfort to them.

I pray God that all of us who were touched by this tragedy find comfort in you. I pray that this be a reminder to us of how precious life is and that we should enjoy every day. Sometimes we have to really search to find the beauty in life. When things are tough, we have to really search. But when we do, we can always find something. That something is usually you. 

God help us to find the beauty and joy in each day.

What God Said Tonight:

The shadow of death has no true victory. I have conquered death on your behalf. 

The salvation I have given you ensures that your existence does not end when your body does. Death seems permanent to the living. But, death, when you are alive in me, is only a transition. 

I am here to comfort you and help you in this time of loss. I am also with him. Rest knowing that he is with me and free of torment.

Widow's mite...

My prayer:

Thank you for bringing me through this day God and providing for my every need. That is so like YOU!! Love you mighty God!

What God Said Tonight:

I  have promised to provide for your every need out of my riches in glory. I have more than enough so to provide for you out of my excess is pretty easy to do. Providing for someone, giving to someone out of your excess is one thing and it is good. 

But how much better to provide for someone in your time of lack. I honor those who give even when they are not sure that they will have enough. I love the faith of the widow's mite. 

The truth about God...

My prayer:

I worship you, my Lord, my God. I worship you, every day of my life. I worship you, day and night. I worship you. 

Thank you God for the tremendous honor of getting to know you personally. I was reminded today that not everyone has experienced that. Some people have no idea of who you really are. 

I am worried for those people God. They can be easily deceived. Our enemy is lying, cheating and destroying and he is pretty good at it. God, I pray that your truth, the truth of who you are and who you are not, be made apparent in this world to every person. 

There still may be people who turn their back on you and though that hurts my heart, at least they made the choice based on the truth. Right now, there is so many lies and misunderstanding about you, I don't think everyone has the chance to choose based on the truth. 

I love you God. Tell me what I can do to help.

What God Said Tonight:

Recognizing who I am not is as important as recognizing who I am. 

The truth will win in the end. It always does. Truth cannot be defeated by deception. Not in the end. I am the way the truth and the life and I will triumph, with you, my children at my side. 

You have heard me say that my children know my voice. Anyone who has ears to hear. I will reveal myself to anyone who asks. I will show them who I am and who I am not. I will speak and they will hear. 

I, my truth is available to all. They have to want it. 

That is where you and your brothers and sisters come in. You share your life you live with me. That is how people know to want to know me. That is how people know to ask. 

The future...

My prayer:

WooHOO! Made it to the Sabbath! Really looking forward to a quiet day with you tomorrow God. I am kind of mentally and emotionally exhausted after this week. I am very grateful that I get to rest in your presence. Thank you in advance for restoring me. LOVE YOU!!

What God Said Tonight:

I am through waiting. I am here to take you to the next level. I am here to guide you into a future that is bright with my love. I am here to show you the immensity of your future in me. Open your mind just a little but tonight and let me show you. 

A world without hate or jealousy. A world where every person is celebrated for who they are. A place where love is a natural way of life, not something that "happens" to you. Imagine for a moment you live here with me. I have a future for you where this is real and true and tangible.

My prayer:

Once again, sweet Father, I had a problem that looked unsolvable, I asked for your help, and here I am just one day later and it is solved. 

You are truly amazing and wonderful and I am so grateful that I can come to you with anything. No problem too big or too small. You are always the answer and I am forever grateful!

What God Said Tonight:

I am happy to help. We are in this fight together. I will be your ever present help. You will be my child and my love. 

Don't shut me out and don't turn your back on me. Turn to me in good times and in bad. Seek me in all things and I will always help you. 

I have a deeply vested interest in you and in your success. I will see you succeed and be blessed in all that you do. I have  gift for you. You will love it and it is nearly time to give it to you.

Comfort...

My prayer:

Thanks for the opportunity to be a blessing today God. I love it when I get to help someone. I don't seem to have much on my mind tonight God but I love you and love to listen to you. Anything you want to talk about?

What God Said Tonight:

I have sat down beside you and held your hand through the waiting. I have stood behind you in the struggle. I have walked before you on the journey. I have dwelled in you through it all. 

I am with you always. Let my presence be your comfort.
