Stretch yourself...

My prayer:

Today was super full God and neither my mind nor my body are fully awake. But, I can't go to bed without hearing your voice. It is what makes any day worthwhile. What is on your mind mighty and wonderful God?

What God Said Tonight:

You are capable of more than you think you are. All of my children are capable of more than they think they are. 

I want you to push yourself now and then and see if I won't give you everything you need for everything you try. 

So many people don't do the things that they know they want to do, the things that will make a Kingdom difference because they are afraid they won't be able to do it. Sometimes they worry that they won't have time. Other times they worry they don't have the talent, and always they worry that they don't have the wisdom. 

But, the thing is, I have all of those things in abundance and if you will take a risk and try, I will give you what you need. Stretch yourself and do that thing that you convinced yourself you couldn't do. Just try and see if I don't show up and take care of you and it.

Answered prayer...

My prayer:

YOU BROUGHT RAIN!!! You are so amazing God! Thank you for hearing the prayers God and providing the rain. It helped a lot. The fires are still burning but much more under control and I believe today was just step one in your rescue mission. 

I am so grateful for you God. I am so grateful that I have a God I can go to, no matter how hopeless the situation. I am grateful that I am never helpless because you are my help. I am grateful that you never let me down God. All glory and honor is yours mighty God!!!

What God Said Tonight:

You are welcome. It is my pleasure and my purpose to take care of you. A parent doesn't need to be thanked for being a good parent, but it doesn't hurt. 

I love you daughter. rest easy tonight. I have everything under control. Keep your trust in me.

In the fire...

My prayer:

Incredible God, we need your help tonight. Fires are raging throughout the state. People are losing their homes. People and animals are in danger. Little to no rain with 100+ temperatures forcasted. It does not look good. But I have you. I have a God that is bigger than the circumstances. I have a God who can bring rain. I have a God who can protect. I have you. 

So I ask for your help tonight God. You know the best way to handle it. I don't care if it is rain, or you blow them out, or you do something I haven't even thought of. But please God, intervene and help us.

You are incredible God and I love you so much. Thank you for being in my life.

What God Said Tonight:

I am yours and you are mine. I will always take care of you. In the midst of the storm or the fire. 

Remember Shaddrach, Mishach, and Abendego? I did not put them in the fire. I did not keep them from being put in the fire. But I did keep them safe in the fire. 

I will keep you safe no matter what. I love my children too much to leave them to consequence of sin. I love you too much to see you suffer. I died so you won't have to. 

I am around you now daughter. I have dispatched my angel army. You will see the Glory of the Lord in this.

My prayer:

Amazing God, thank you. Thank you for what you do and who you are. Thank you for choosing me and loving me before I even knew how to love. Thank you for your guidance and your teaching. Thank you for your patience and you relentless endurance. Thank you for your sacrifice and your power. Thank you God.

What God Said Tonight:

I am building garden and you are my flowers. I am gathering each of you, different colors, different shapes and perfecting you. Once ready, I will place you in the perfect spot. When we are done, we will have a new Eden. We will have a place more beautiful than has ever been imagined. When each child of mine is perfected and in place, it will blow your mind. 

When I trim you, don't worry, it is for a reason. When I dig you up and move you, don't be afraid, I am getting you closer to that final place of purpose. When I remove people from around you, I am getting them into position. Sometimes, I have to move you closer to people for awhile so you will cross pollinate each other. Sometimes I need to move you away from each other to stop the cross pollination. 

I am the Master Gardner. Wait until you see what we create.

Clarity...

My prayer:

Thank you God for a day of clarity after a week of confusion. When I let you steer, everything is SO MUCH EASIER AND BETTER. 

I am hear to listen.

What God Said Tonight:

I am breaking down the walls that remain in your life. I know you thought they were all down, but there have been some left. They have been made out glass bricks, so you could see through them and you didn't really realize they were there. However, they are and they are the walls that are keeping you from the next season. 

I am busting up those walls in your life. I am removing the hindrance for you moving forward. Watch out. the shards are going to fly as I bust up the walls but when I am done, things that seemed out of focus will be sharp. Things that you couldn't quite clearly hear, will be loud and clear. You will be amazed. 

You have been missing so much from behind the wall. When it is down, you will love the new freedom. I got you covered.

Been there done that...

My prayer:

Today was pretty great God. No pressure, no worries, no fear, just hanging out with you and enjoying life. Especially after this week, I really needed that. I needed that time with you and without all of the yuck! Thanks for spending the day with me. 

I love you so much God. You are my rock and the place I go to when I need peace. You are the one I lean on and you are always beg enough and tough enough to handle it. I am very grateful that you are not a wimpy God. I need a tough God to handle the stuff I get into! Thank you for being more than tough enough! :)

What God Said Tonight:

There is nothing that you will encounter that I have not already encountered and defeated. There is no pain, no attack, no worry, no challenge, that I have not already been victorious over. That is why you can always know that I will take care of things. 

I am not surprised. When you run into trouble, I am not surprised by it. I know the trouble and I am ready for it. I will not let you be defeated. I will always win for you. I already have. 

There is something that I am  not sure that you fully understand. When I died on the cross, I did it all, right then. I defeated every enemy, I restored our relationship, I healed, I saved, I took on ALL sin and left a sacrifice to cover it. Over the years, people remember that I took on their sin but many have forgotten the full story. I did all then. I faced enemies that are attacking you today, way back on the cross...and I defeated them. 

That is why you can never lose. That is why you will always win. I am on your side and I have already won every battle that is to be fought. 

 I love you daughter. Trust that you have already won.

Joy...

My prayer:

This week has been SO crazy and SO serious God. I am so glad that we made it through! I plan to spend tomorrow hanging out with you and just enjoying you and life. Thank you for sticking with me all week, reminding me to love my way through, and never giving up on me. 

What God Said Tonight:

I am going to flood you with my joy my sweet child. I am going to pour it out over you and let it bubble up around you. My joy will surround and heal you. My love will sustain you but my joy will restore you. 

I am grateful for you. I am grateful for your faithfulness even in the hard times. Anyone can be faithful when things are going their way. I need people who will be faithful when everything seems to be gong against them. I need people who will hang on to me with their fingernails if they have to. 

I love you sweet daughter. Rest in my love, celebrate in my joy, and be restored.
